The breath is honest. It reveals. It purifies. It is medicine. And in a world that asks you to shrink, shape shift, or dim yourself to stay safe, your breath is the one place you cannot abandon your true self. Today, we're engaging in this breath work practice to move through the doubt, the resistance, the limiting beliefs, and reclaim the one that we are. The one we came to experience and share. You are here to create a new reality, and your full expression is the frequency that births it. This practice will lead you to the places that have been hardened, constricted, or hidden. Hello,

My name is Lori Rising and I'll be guiding you through this breath work session and practice where you reclaim and remember that you are the one.

Whether this is your first or 100th time engaging in the power of the breath,

Always remember that your body will guide you.

Listen to its cues.

Stay grounded,

Stay present,

Stay hydrated.

If you start to feel dizzy,

You can slow the breath down and decrease the intensity,

But I also encourage you to stay in the practice to really be available for what wants to come through here.

Know that new sensations moving through the body is very normal as you access spaces that were previously constricted,

Stagnant,

Or even shut down.

See if you can meet your edge and move through it in trust and power.

Our main practice today will consist of the heart belly breath,

And we will complete it with an integration breath to really receive all that was uncovered and revealed.

The practice of the heart belly breath is an inhale through the nose to the heart,

An extra inhale through the nose to the belly,

And then a full exhale.

So it goes inhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

And it sounds like this.

Inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose or the mouth.

And the final integration breath will be a deep,

Slow,

Intentional inhale into the belly,

Pause,

Exhale fully out,

Pause.

And it sounds like this.

Again,

Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth or nose.

Find a nice,

Comfortable spot.

Have plenty of pillows around you and under you.

Use a blanket if you're cool.

Go distraction free.

And let's begin.

That's it.

Let this breath move you gently,

Honestly,

Fully.

Let this breath hold the evidence of your journey.

Let your body remember the strength it took to get here.

Think back to the version of you who didn't know how it would work out.

The you that still said yes.

The you that still moved forward.

Breathe with that version of you now.

What have you survived that you once thought would break you?

Breathe.

What choices have you made that felt scary and unknown?

But they changed everything.

Breathe.

What moments of integrity have you held even when certainty felt lost?

Breathe.

Let your body speak,

I chose truth.

And I'm still choosing it now.

Breathe through what you've carried.

The moments you've doubted.

The places you've played small.

The parts of you that are still holding back.

Breathe.

Where have you been waiting to feel ready?

Breathe.

Where are you still apologizing for your fullness?

Breathe.

Let your breath lead you.

Breathe.

Let it be the breakthrough to break free.

Breathe.

Inhale and inspire.

Exhale the guilt.

Inhale the clarity.

Exhale the story.

Inhale the pure life force energy of you.

Exhale the worry,

The doubt.

Stay in this moment.

Just do it for this moment.

Make it simple.

You can do this right here,

Right now.

Let your breath stir.

Let it rise.

Feel the power in choosing to stay.

To explore.

Trust where it leads you.

Trust yourself.

You're ready.

You are capable.

You are holy medicine.

Let your breath carry you into who you are.

What truth are you no longer willing to silence?

What version of you is ready to take up space fully,

Boldly,

Unapologetically?

Feel that sacred self beginning to rise now.

Filling your chest.

Expanding in your body.

This is not a future self.

This is your remembered self.

The one you already are.

Say to yourself in rhythm with your breath,

I am the one.

I am the one.

I am the one.

I am the one who keeps showing up.

The one who chooses integrity over ease.

The one who carries a vision too sacred to abandon.

The one who was born worthy.

Born whole.

And nothing has changed.

Feel your heart expanding.

Opening.

Amplifying now.

Feel yourself going deeper and deeper into the layers of you.

Your breath is truth.

Your body holds wisdom.

And your heart is open to receive now.

Breathe it in.

Let it land.

As you're finishing strong in the heart,

In the belly,

In your intuition,

Your truth.

Completing in three,

Two,

One.

Begin to soften your breath.

Bring it back.

Just moving in ease in and out.

Place one hand on your heart now.

One hand on your belly.

Letting your system settle.

Letting it receive.

Letting your nervous system know it is safe to be all of you.

And now we're going to move into the integration breath.

So continuing in this nice,

Beautiful,

Relaxed space.

Noticing the sensations moving through your body.

Where the energy has opened and expanded.

Taking a big,

Beautiful inhale all the way into your belly.

Pause.

And now exhale.

Pausing at the bottom.

Finding stillness in the pause.

Feeling yourself get grounded through this presence.

And inhale in again.

Really filling the belly up with all of the breath.

Maybe you begin to feel a light move in with your breath through your heart.

And feel your breath expanding through your body now.

Out into your field.

Notice if the light trails with it.

If it changes and moves and grows.

And exhale.

Pausing at the bottom.

Allowing your body,

Your mind,

Your energy,

And your soul to calibrate in this space.

One more big,

Beautiful,

Bold breath in.

Inhaling and inspiring.

Pausing.

Receiving.

Expanding.

Trusting.

And exhale it out as every part of you relaxes down.

Finding stillness at the bottom.

Listening.

And come back to your breath.

Just following your inhale and your exhale.

Flowing with it.

In ease.

Noticing where the breath is moving in the body.

Feeling the new spaciousness that has arrived.

And as we move through this final moment of contemplation together.

Go ahead and ask yourself now.

What is no longer up for negotiation in your life?

What are you ready to honor that has always lived inside of you?

How far are you ready to leap for the magnificence that has been waiting to be unleashed?

This is your time.

Because you are and always have been the one.
