Set up nice and tall,
Straightening and elongating the spine.
Let the body be erect but not stiff.
Begin to close down the eyes and turn your attention inward.
Roll the shoulders down the back and away from the ears.
Open your rib cage and your navel.
And begin by observing the breath.
Notice how the air flows in and out of the nostrils.
Perhaps you feel the sensation of the air tickling on its way in and down your lungs and back out again.
Perhaps it is the rise and fall of the chest that feels the most prominent,
Or just maybe it goes even deeper into the belly.
Just observe.
And begin the process of lengthening the inhalation and the exhalation.
Allow the exterior sounds to fade away as if they are a far-off soundtrack.
Give a mere background noise to your story.
Today I ask you to visualize how you would like your life to look.
Starting with your relationships,
Your family,
Your friends,
Coworkers,
What would you like those relationships to look like?
What are you doing with these people?
Really picture the interaction with them.
And most importantly,
How does this make you feel?
As we manifest greatness in our life,
It begins with a feeling state.
Then visualize for me the closeness of a partner or the intimate loved one you desire in your life.
What does that relationship look like?
How do you communicate?
What is your love language?
What special activities do you share?
How does it feel to be in this relationship with this person?
Now see in your mind's eye your health.
How does it feel to be fit,
Strong,
In shape,
Healthy,
Fulfilled?
What kind of activities are you participating in that will make you feel this powerful?
Maybe it's yoga,
Lifting weights,
Eating well.
Whatever it is for you,
Visualize it and feel the feeling of strong,
Healthy body.
Imagine your career,
Your work life.
Where are you working and what are you creating?
Who are you collaborating with?
Visualize the space you are in,
Those you are working with and specifically what you are doing.
The universe rewards specificity.
Visualize your home.
Where are you living?
What does it look like?
Who are you with?
How does it feel to be in this place of residence?
And money.
What kind of car do you see yourself in?
What kind of fun expenditures are you able to do?
How can you give back to the world?
How can you share this abundance with others?
Who is that?
What is that?
And most importantly,
How does that feel?
Then begin to let go of the visualization.
It is merely a tool to help you come back to the feeling state.
Know that each day when you arise,
You can visualize what it is you intend to manifest in the world.
And the more you visualize it,
The stronger and more powerful it becomes.
And when you do,
Be in the feeling.
Fully letting go now.
Come back to the breath.
Again,
Noticing its rise and its fall.
And then when you're ready,
But taking the state you have cultivated with you,
Open your eyes and come into the room.
