Sit up tall,

Elongate the spine.

Then close your eyes.

Begin by bringing awareness to your breath.

Notice its natural rhythm,

Its own dance.

Then inhale air filling up the belly just below the navel,

Into the ribcage,

And all the way to the crown of your head,

Followed by a natural release and exhalation of the breath.

Let it be soft and supple,

Easy and free.

Inhale filling up and exhale allowing the breath to leave the body.

And again,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Now draw your attention and focus to the area just below the navel,

The area around the hips,

The sacral plate,

And call to the mind,

Or visualize if you will,

The color orange.

This area is the Svadhisthana chakra.

As you are sitting today,

Feel free to take little movements.

While typically we sit still,

Today opened the idea of some small sensual movements,

Particularly in the pelvic area.

Perhaps sway from side to side or little circles forward and back,

Finding a free form sahaja movement.

Let the breath lead the subtle moves.

As if it were a river,

Let it undulate and flow.

As you continue,

Come back to the orange color in the mind's eye,

Knowing this is the seat of the soul,

The place that houses your creativity,

Your sensuality.

It is this beautiful space that the well of inspiration is drawn.

Feel free to continue the light movement or gently allow the movement to stop.

Yet notice,

Even in the stillness,

The energetic movement is still happening.

Then draw in a deep breath and open to the sensations in the area of the second chakra.

Notice any tightening in the hips,

The pelvis,

The lower back.

Send a sea of breath to any place or space of tightness.

Still keeping the orange color in sight or allowing it to release,

We will layer on the mantra,

My creativity flows with ease.

My creativity flows with ease.

My creativity flows with ease.

You'll silently repeat that to yourself over and over.

And if the mantra doesn't intuitively feel right to you,

Feel free to create your own.

And again,

Allow yourself to continue Sahaja free form movement,

Particularly in the pelvic region.

If all the layers feel too much,

Just back off and choose one,

A slight movement,

Visualizing the color orange or the mantra.

Let your intuitive creative voice lead you.

Satsang with Mooji You You You You If the mind has started to wander return your attention to the area of the pelvis and reignite the orange color My creativity flows with ease My creativity flows with ease My creativity flows with ease You You Know that emotions reside in this area as well and If they arise Allow them to come up Let them flow and be a part of the river of life and just Take note if it is easy to sense the color or If the movement did or did not feel free and do so without judgment Divine creativity flows in and out of you freely and you come into a space of openness and willingness to co-create with the divine That is when your power ignites The channel is clear and you are connected to all living beings and all truth So once again take some small little movements of the hip circles or figure eights Then come back to awareness of the breath Breathing deep and full to below the navel And exhale from below the navel all the way up and out Once again breathing deep below the navel And exhale from below the navel all the way up and out And exhale from below the navel all the way up and out And exhale from below the navel all the way up and out One final time softly and sweetly Breathe in and breathe out And if your hips are still moving slowly bring them into stillness And taking your time making your way back and opening your eyes
