A guided meditation to help gently clear and release anything that is no longer serving you or preventing you from moving forward, and creating space for new energy to enter your life. Contains soothing background music with 5 minutes of music only allowing for integration.

This meditation is to help you clear old energy to open up and make room for new energy.

So just begin by finding a comfortable position lying down where you won't be disturbed.

When you're ready,

If you haven't yet,

Go ahead and start to soften the eyelids over the eyes.

And just take this moment to fully arrive here,

Coming into your body,

Into the present,

And just observing,

Observing any noises from your outer landscape,

Maybe the temperature of the room,

And then gently shifting your focus inward,

Starting to notice your breath,

Finding its natural rhythm.

And just noticing how it feels to start to slow your breath down.

Feeling the air come through your nose,

Feeling the lungs expand,

And with every exhale,

Relaxing more and more into the surface beneath you,

Knowing that if your mind wants to wander during this experience,

That's normal.

So if that happens,

You can just offer yourself a little compassion,

Gently remind yourself to come back to the breath,

Right back into the present.

Take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose,

Expanding your belly out for three,

Two,

One.

Now release the breath through a big open mouth exhale.

Take this a couple more times,

Really feeling into your breath as it travels all the way up and all the way out.

Now,

With each inhale,

Start to notice any areas in your body that may feel tense or heavy.

As you do a body scan,

Focus on breathing into these areas.

With every exhale,

Feel the area soften a little more,

Letting go of any tension in your jaw,

Relaxing the tongue inside your mouth,

Continuing down your body through your arms,

Your fingertips,

All the way down through your heart center,

Down through your sacral area,

Your root,

Now all the way down through your legs,

Your toes.

Just keep breathing into these areas until your entire body feels softened and relaxed.

In this state of deep relaxation,

Ask yourself the question,

What can I let go of right now that isn't serving me?

What am I consciously or subconsciously holding on to that I'm ready to release in order to move forward?

Just pause,

Listen to what comes up without judgment.

Maybe it's an injury you've still been protecting.

Perhaps it's old thought patterns,

Ways of reacting,

Or self-judgment.

Maybe it's trapped emotions from old traumas that you're tired of reliving.

It could be old versions of yourself that are blocking you from fully creating a change or moving forward.

Or maybe it's a relationship or person in your life who no longer aligns with you.

Just connect with your inner trust.

Listen to the clues your body gives you.

Everything you're ready to let go of served you in the past.

We often store these things in our physical and energetic bodies,

And they can start to affect us in our present lives.

Listen to visualize each of these things needing release,

Forming little clusters of light within your body,

Acknowledging how they served you in the past,

And thank them and honor them for the lessons they brought.

Begin sending them love,

Telling them you're ready to release them and that it's safe for them to move through.

Now picture these clusters of light gently start to move through your body as they begin to drift up and out of the crown of your head,

Getting released into the sky above,

Letting go of any urge to control or hold on to them,

Trusting that you're ready to clear them and fully surrendering to the experience.

And repeat in your inner voice,

I release you with love and gratitude.

Now allow the healing vibrations of sound to help guide the old energy out,

Opening the heart space,

Making room to receive.

Now allow the spirit of Campusings to ease in as they tack on.

You You You You You You You You Very slowly and gently start to bring your attention Back to the breath Back inside your body You Notice how your inner landscape is shifted Notice if you feel lighter Maybe start to make some small movements in your fingers Your feet or your neck and when you're ready Allow your gaze to lift naturally Becoming aware of how your outer landscape has shifted And place one hand over your heart And take a deep breath in Trusting that you can keep this feeling of lightness moving forward That you have created new space for new energy to enter your life You
