This is a good practice to do if you are critical or judgmental of your body. You will take just two minutes to direct some love towards yourself. You will repeat some empowering phrases towards yourself to cultivate more body positivity and to help you accept your body as it is.

Start in a comfortable position.

Place your hand over your heart.

Offer some love to yourself by repeating these phrases after me.

I am beautiful inside and out.

I do not have to be perfect.

Nobody is.

I will be kind to and care for my body because I love it.

I will put my energy into accepting my body and not criticising it.

I will exercise because I love my body and I want to keep it healthy.

My body is an incredible vessel to get me through life and I am grateful for it.

My health is so much more important than what I look like.

My value does not come from what I look like.

I am so much more than my body.

I am already enough.

Now take a moment to let these messages sink in and remember no one is more deserving of your kindness than you.
