Hey it's Cyrus,
And welcome to this session to do an advanced version of the letting go technique.
This will help you process any emotions or energy at the root of overthinking or patterns that you want to dissolve,
But I strongly suggest you only use this session and version of the technique if you're very familiar with the letting go technique and have been practicing it for a while.
You want to have that safety and confidence with the process and the technique before doing this version,
Because we're going to welcome the energy to move through even more fully and quickly,
Which can be a more efficient and effective process overall,
But it can also be more intense,
Obviously.
And so you want to have the subconscious sense of safety built up with it that can only come from actually having practiced the technique for some time.
So if that's not you,
I highly suggest checking out my emotional explorations or letting go technique playlists in order to find the regular versions of the technique.
With that in mind,
Go ahead and find a comfortable position,
Either sitting upright or laying down,
Perhaps closing your eyes if it feels right and comfortable to do so,
Or maybe resting them gently on a spot in front of you.
And taking a deep,
Slow,
Powerful breath now,
All the way down through your body,
Down to your toes,
And then letting it wash back up out through the mouth,
Decompressing and relaxing any obvious tension as you do.
And just notice the air on your skin,
Any sounds in the room around you,
Grounding yourself in the safety of this moment as you notice the sensory awareness.
And if you feel ready to dive in,
If what you're feeling feels safe and not too overwhelming to allow up to the surface,
Just start to allow anything you're feeling,
Any emotions,
Pressure,
Or energy,
Any tension that you're holding to start to float up to the surface of your body,
No longer exerting effort to try to keep it down.
Simply relaxing and letting it rise,
Even if it's uncomfortable,
Just embracing whatever you sense and notice.
Make a note of where you feel it in the body.
Notice what those sensations feel like,
If you were to describe them in simple terms.
And just acknowledge with radical non-judgment what you're feeling,
Like,
Yes,
I'm really pissed off right now,
Or yes,
I'm very sad,
Or whatever it is,
Maybe it's multiple things,
Just go ahead and acknowledge that with radical non-judgment now.
And now shift all of your attention down into the body,
Noticing where you feel those sensations,
And allowing your attention to magnetize exclusively on those sensations,
Ignoring thoughts and letting them shuffle into the background from this point onwards as you prioritize the wave of sensations.
And notice any obvious layer of resistance that you have to what you're feeling without any judgment whatsoever.
And just allow that resistance to be there for a moment,
Don't try to change it,
Just observe how it's manifesting in the body,
Maybe some subtle tension.
And allow it to dissolve on its own,
At its own pace now,
If it does,
Of course always pausing at any point in the track if you feel like you need more time on a given segment,
But just allowing that resistance to dissolve effortlessly.
And now really allowing the full scope and breadth of sensations to start to open up within the body.
Even if it's uncomfortable,
If you are indeed familiar with the technique,
You know and trust by now that it's simply uncomfortable until it's not,
So embracing,
Radically embracing,
That temporary discomfort as you feel it in the body.
Lean into it with a gentle,
Relaxed intensity of awareness like you're softly but fully devouring and embracing it as you focus on the sensations flowing or doing whatever they spontaneously do.
Imagine space opening up around the sensations and breathe freely,
Easily into that space,
Still allowing those sensations to be whatever they are.
And now if you feel in a rhythm and safe with the flow of what you're feeling,
Really start to shift now into actively welcoming the sensations.
Imagine like you're stretching your arms wide open to give them the most wholehearted embrace,
Fully welcoming them to flow through you as you watch the currents of energy in the body,
Not the thoughts,
As they flow through you now.
And now if it feels safe and you want to allow even more of that suppressed energy through and out of your system and you feel ready,
Simply ask for more.
You can literally say,
Bring me more of that energy,
Not like you're creating something that wasn't there,
But simply asking for more of what's suppressed so you can let it through and ultimately lighten the load even more.
If that feels safe,
Just say to your body,
To your system,
Bring me more.
And stay firmly in that watching awareness as you witness the currents of energy coursing through your system,
Staying with the pure flow of energy as it spontaneously moves,
Maybe moving your body to express it or vocalizing and making sounds if it feels safe and comfortable enough to do so,
Just allowing it through and keeping the attention on the flow of energy now.
And now allow yourself to let go of any remaining fear,
Any remaining resistance,
And drop into a deep gentle ground of deep surrender where you're wide open in a state of relaxed welcoming towards whatever remains.
Even if there's some intensity to the energy,
Just notice how you can hold a relaxed,
Surrendered,
Open,
Welcoming space as you watch the remainder flowing however it does.
And if you intuit that you need more time to just stay in a space of being with whatever remains and allowing that to be seen and processed,
Feel free to pause the track and resume when you feel ready to start to allow it to dissolve and evaporate.
But if you feel ready to start to let go,
Just ask something greater than yourself that you resonate with,
Whether God or the universe or any greater energy,
To help you dissolve and let go of what's no longer serving you.
Literally asking that bigger energy in your mind now and just deeply relaxing your body and allowing it to flow up and out and through your body into the hands of that greater energy.
Not thinking,
Just feeling that effortless evaporation,
That free-flowing dissolution.
Allow yourself to become lighter and lighter,
More relaxed and spacious,
Totally open in all the cells of your body.
As the old energy dissolves and as the new space opens up,
Just enjoy that open spaciousness for a moment.
Just be aware of the stillness,
Not thinking,
Just sensing stillness in this moment.
And beginning to ask what you wish to feel instead of the old energy.
Maybe it's peace,
Trust,
Connection,
Love,
Joy,
Bliss,
Whatever you wish to feel.
Just take a moment to clarify that now.
And notice what colors and textures those particular qualities and energies have for you.
And start to imagine them surrounding you and begin to breathe them in easily circulating through you with each effortless breath at your pace now.
Notice any limit,
Any unconscious resistance you're putting on feeling those positive feelings fully.
And let that relax and drop away.
And if it feels good,
Just start to breathe those in fully,
Limitlessly,
Letting them land within your system.
And allow the breath to start to circulate them through so fully that it feels like they're radiant and overflowing from your aura just pouring out of you as you enjoy the amplification of those energies through you with the breath.
And notice any shifts,
Subtle or significant,
In your energy,
In your body,
In your perspective from the beginning to now.
And notice how by welcoming the energy and even asking for more of it,
You might have noticed a more full and thorough and maybe efficient and effective processing,
Hopefully laying the foundation to make those shifts even more profound.
