Improv Affirmations: The Hidden Key To Subconscious Growth

Instead of using someone else's words, let's craft ours in a non-rebellion-inducing way (starting with "I choose"), tapping into our intuition and subconscious on the basis of what feels simultaneously authentic and optimistic. We'll use the foundation of where we're at to make incremental shifts to the subconscious mind in a manner that feels present, instinctive, and expansive. Hey it's Cyrus.

Maybe you've noticed that affirmations don't work for you because they're someone else's words.

Or they feel too far away from where you're at in the moment.

Like saying I am powerful when you don't feel powerful at all.

And your mind just claps back and says I'm not that powerful.

So instead we're going to use the power of improvisational affirmations to unlock the subconscious gradually and start our affirmations with the words I choose instead of I am.

Because the mind generally has more trouble contradicting something that we're choosing.

So let's begin.

You can do this eyes open on the fly on the move if that feels good.

Or you can close your eyes and sit still.

Whatever feels right to you in this moment.

But take a deep slow powerful breath into the whole body.

And relax on the way out.

Maybe tap your chest or your stomach and just get in touch with your body,

Your intuition,

Your instinct,

And the energy you're feeling in this moment that you're noticing.

And there's no right or wrong with this.

It's just whatever comes to you intuitively in the moment.

So trust that wave without thinking too much.

And you could say these in your mind.

But if you can I recommend saying them out loud either in a powerful voice or in a whisper.

Whatever feels good to you.

It doesn't matter.

But let's start with what you want to feel.

If you're low energy for example instead of saying I choose to feel high energy.

You might just say I choose to feel more energy.

Whatever feels honest to where you're at but also expansive.

Start tapping into that now and repeat two or three times.

I choose and then whatever you choose to feel now.

Great stuff.

Now let's shift to where you want to put your focus.

We're keeping this deliberately broad.

So whatever feels good to you about what you choose to focus on now and today.

Just receive that and repeat that as I choose to focus on blank.

Two or three times now.

Feeling the energy of that in the body as you say it.

Awesome.

And now let's shift to how you want to relate to yourself today.

What aspects,

Qualities or parts of yourself do you choose to magnify and bring to the forefront today in a way that feels realistic and accessible to you right now in this particular moment.

Repeating I choose and then the aspects of yourself that you want to bring to bear right now.

Two or three times.

Feeling them come to the surface as you say it.

Good stuff.

Hopefully you're starting to feel it and now shift to other people in your life.

What do you want to see in them?

To focus on?

To appreciate about them?

Tuning in to what feels important to grow and magnify in your relationships.

Repeating I choose to focus on whatever you choose about other people in your life.

Two or three times and imagining that magnifying as you say it.

Alright now what about money as a source of energy?

How do you want to feel or receive or relate to that?

What feels progressive but also realistic to you in this moment?

Noticing and intuiting that and then crafting an I choose affirmation around money and repeating it two or three times.

Now feeling your energy expand towards it as you do.

Excellent.

Now tune into your health and vitality in this moment.

How are you feeling?

What feels important and vital to you around your health and how you want to take care of it and nurture it going forward in this moment?

Crafting an I choose statement around your health and physical fitness in this moment.

Repeating it two or three times and feeling your body responding positively to that as you do.

Very nice.

And when you think about the future,

Even though it's a mental concept,

Ultimately what is your feeling?

What is your reaction to that concept?

Just noticing non-judgmentally and then intuitively forming an affirmation that feels like it would be an open and positive improvement on wherever you're at now in your relationship to the future.

And just tuning in to what words come to you as you say I choose and then whatever you want to feel about the future two or three times noticing subtle shifts in perception that unfold as you repeat that with feeling.

Wonderful.

Okay,

Finally life itself.

What do you want to feel towards life?

How do you want to relate to it?

As you notice where you're at now,

What feels like it would be another level?

A realistic and attainable but optimistic improvement in your relationship to life.

Sense that and let those words flow from you two or three times starting with I choose.

And now really start to feel the collective energy of those custom intuitive affirmations your subconscious has created for you.

Breathe them in and allow their energy and vibrations to reverberate through your entire cellular system.

Feel how there is an intuitive attunement that's flowing from those deeper shifts that you sensed that you wanted to create from the honest launching pad of where you're at in this particular moment.

And feel everything you've repeated starting to line up your energy in the same direction flowing in the way that you want to go.

Feeling the wave moving in unison.

I hope you enjoyed this and I encourage you to repeat this on a regular basis whenever you intuitively feel called to do so as from wherever you're at in a particular moment you'll notice that a different set of improvisational affirmations will arise.

You can do it with this track whenever you want some comprehensive guidance or you can start doing it by yourself whenever you sense you need a realignment.
