I could feel my ancestors holding my hands: their love and the glory of being a part of them, it was lovely, thank you.

This was mindblowing! I've had 2 very different, but deep experiences with this mediation both of which I would struggle to articulate with just words. But on a basic level it was multidimensional, energy inducing, love-healing, light-beaming 1980s kids superhero cartoon life giving. Thats probably the best description I could give it in a shortened format, yet I feel like Im forgetting so much more of what could be expressed. This felt powerful. I could see a little bird when I first saw the tree and I will come back to that but being with my ancestors gave me a boost I had not expected. I struggled to connect to the ones I didn’t know but concentrated on the ones I have known and they were beautiful, even the ones who I didn’t really connect with in life, I could understand some of the reasons why they struggled.
