Hey,
I'm Cyrus.
Welcome to this short energy boosting meditation to multiply the energy you're feeling super efficiently.
Let's start right away by sitting upright in a chair with good back support,
Your feet on the ground,
Your hands in your lap,
And your eyes closed.
Beginning by taking a big deep breath in through the nose,
Filling up the whole body with the breath,
And blowing the air out through the mouth.
One more like that,
Breathing in even deeper all the way into your toes,
And letting go,
Exhaling powerfully out through the mouth.
Now with your body as still as possible from this point on and your eyes closed,
Bring your attention like a spotlight to your tongue.
Be aware of your lips.
Your entire face.
Expand the spotlight to your entire head.
Drop down into your neck and shoulders,
And split the spotlight through your arms and hands,
Viewing the currents of energy crackling up and down the arms and hands.
And now feel it wash into the chest,
Down into the stomach,
And around to the back.
Feel the spotlight start to move into your lower body,
Starting with your upper legs,
Down into your lower legs,
And then into your lower legs.
And into your feet,
All the way to the tips of your toes.
Now take a deep breath in all the way down to your toes,
And as you exhale,
Feel the energy travel all the way up from your toes,
All the way up through your torso,
And to the top of your head,
Like a weight that's on your back.
And now on the next breath,
Start to become aware of the whole body,
Head to toe,
At the same time,
Expanding the spotlight to feel the entire body at once.
And now,
Feel the spotlight,
The entire body,
Allowing yourself to breathe slowly and powerfully,
And with each breath,
Start to feel the energy in your body getting stronger and more vibrant,
As you stay focused on it.
With each breath,
Feeling all the sensations head to toe,
Coming alive,
Focused on all the details of what you feel.
And now placing 100- HAck-end-to- Evan.
Choking,
Wind.
Ready.
We now need to go back craft the mind with what we Before We Were We.

And now placing 100% of your attention into the body,
Dissolving your entire mind into the body,
Becoming your body head to toe with your whole mind.
And now feeling your energy start to expand past your skin,
Beginning to glow and vibrate outward with each breath.
Feel your energy too powerful to be contained in a small space as it expands and fills the room and your surroundings.
And now take a slow deep breath,
Release it.
When you feel ready,
Open your eyes and notice how much stronger and more powerful your energy is than when you began.
