Hello,
I am Nurse and today I am going to teach you how to manifest your affirmations into reality once and for all.
Allow me to share briefly with you my experience from my own meditation and affirmation practice.
I've been practicing affirmations for the past 20 years and sometimes I got what I desired and other times I didn't.
It wasn't until about 6 months ago I figured out what I was doing wrong.
Yes,
After all that time.
So allow me to track back.
I used to do my affirmations as advised.
First thing in the morning,
Then around midday and last thing before going to bed.
Sometimes I said them more often and sometimes less.
But overall,
I was very consistent.
For the most part,
I did self-instructed affirmations.
Although within the last 5 years,
I have been incorporating teacher guided affirmations into my routine with great success.
So coming back to my practice.
I said these affirmations religiously.
Usually,
These things I was trying to gain were things I badly desired,
Almost as if my life depended on them.
At times,
I couldn't even see myself living without that particular thing.
It was almost as if I was affirming these things as a cry of desperation.
So,
After I did my affirmations,
I would begin my day.
But throughout the day,
My mind would always focus on these things.
It kept coming up.
And when it did,
I would repeat my affirmations in my mind.
Does this sound familiar?
I would even daydream about my affirmations,
Thinking that the more I imagined or envisioned this thing,
I would attract it.
The opposite always happened.
Those things I was intensely craving for,
I never got.
And I never understood why I didn't get them when I did my affirmations as prescribed.
Morning,
Noon,
And night.
At times,
Going to bed,
I would even spend an hour lying in bed visualizing my outcome.
But why didn't it work for me?
Or at least not at the time when I so badly wanted it.
The answer only came to me last year when I was longing for something.
Throughout the day,
This desire came to my mind multiple times.
And I tried to quiet my mind.
One day,
I allowed the thought to just surface.
And I said to myself,
What is the worst thing that could happen if this wish wasn't fulfilled?
And the outcome didn't seem like the end of the world at all.
Then and there,
I realized that suddenly,
This thing I was desperately seeking,
No longer seemed so important.
And instantly,
I was able to let go of the thought of ever wanting it.
I felt so free.
After that,
Whenever the thought came up as to when I would get this thing,
I was able to use that same mindset of releasing it and say to myself,
I choose to now believe that everything that is happening to me is happening for me,
For my greater good.
That brought me so much calm.
Eventually,
There came a point that I no longer thought of this thing daily.
And I had even stopped all affirmations as well.
I was rested on the idea that yes,
I wanted it.
But even if I never got it,
I was going to be fine.
Within a week,
I got what I wanted with ease and this had been my fastest manifestation ever after 20 years of practicing affirmations.
Since then,
I have put this principle to the test several times.
And the outcome has always been the same,
Almost instant manifestation.
Finally,
I had discovered the missing piece of the puzzle.
So allow me to break it down for you.
So initially,
I was doing my affirmations multiple times a day.
But although I did them during the day,
I kept thinking about them.
And when I did that,
My conscious mind kept getting kept getting in the way of my subconscious mind and blocked it from manifesting.
When we affirm things,
We aren't supposed to worry as to how or when it would happen.
Just know that the timing would always be right.
In my recent practice,
After I do my affirmations,
I let go of the thought,
Knowing confidently that it would come to pass.
And even if it didn't,
I would be all right.
By realizing I could live without this thing,
I instantly freed myself of fear and I activated my faith.
Prior to that,
My fear had caused so much anxiety and blocked my vibrations and hindered me from receiving my desires.
And my faith was the ingredient lacking in allowing them to come through.
I relate this to the same way many people pray to God for things and they never receive them.
And that is because no amount of prayers or affirmations can magically work if we do not believe.
Fear is what prevents us from having all that we desire.
In my new approach to my affirmations,
I have implemented these three components.
First,
I desire and affirm.
Secondly,
I let go and release.
And thirdly,
I activate my faith.
By releasing the thought,
You attract it back to you,
Because you are no longer surviving from a place of lack,
But rather existing from one of abundance.
At times,
I now bypass even the affirmations,
So I just desire and let go instantly.
You see,
Affirmations should be more than just repeating words,
But rather a state of being.
Of course,
To reshape your mindset,
Affirmations are crucial.
But once that is done,
You can go about and just live your life.
Your subconscious mind already knows all your desires.
And as long as you don't self-sabotage it with your conscious mind by overthinking,
It will manifest all your desires into reality.
So,
Because of that,
I now wake up and just live my affirmations instead of even saying them.
As my sister Nilal puts it,
If I know that who I am,
Do I still need to convince myself of that which I am or seek to be?
So,
In that light,
I now go about my day.
And whenever beautiful thoughts come to my mind,
I just say to myself,
I accept this as my reality.
I release you with love.
And I am now activating my faith.
These three steps have been magically working for me.
I can now instantly manifest with calm and ease.
Finally,
I have found the missing ingredient and the secret to manifestation.
Thank you for listening.
And let me know if this resonates with you.
And also,
Feel free to share what has been working for you.
Blessings.
