Sit or lie in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Begin to breathe slowly and deeply.

Now I want you to listen to my voice and internalize the words I say as your own thoughts.

Imagine what I see from now on is the sound of your voice speaking to yourself.

I am.

I am here today because I want a better life for myself.

I am making dietary changes to ensure that my health and wellness is optimal.

I make healthy choices when I shop at the groceries.

I am conscious of what I put into my mouth and my body.

My body is a temple.

I am stronger than I think.

I am able to fast until it feels good to do otherwise.

I am in control of what I eat.

I am growing stronger every day.

I have the will.

I have the way.

I am choosing optimal health because I love myself.

Optimal health and wellness are my greatest accomplishment.

I am in love with the body I have right now.

I am choosing to eat healthy and lose weight for my well-being.

I am at my ideal weight.

I look amazing in my clothes.

I am an inspiration to myself and others.

My life is a blessing.

I am gracious that I am choosing to be the healthiest version of myself.
