Affirmations are words of declaration spoken upon our lives in present tense for desires that haven't manifested as yet. When we do daily morning affirmations we trick the mind in believing the outcome is already here so it has no choice than to bring our dream into reality. In this quick guided meditation I share with you my personal affirmations I have been using for the past two (2) decades that have set me up to win and I trust that they would do the same for you!

Good morning!

As you will waken up and about to start your day,

I invite you to pause for this quick morning affirmation.

Affirmations changed my life 20 years ago.

They are a quick way to trick the brain in believing that your dreams have already come true.

By doing daily morning affirmations,

You set yourself up for success regardless of what life throws at you.

You are better able to navigate through each unique situation that may come up.

The key to affirmations is to keep the sentences simple.

This makes it easier for the subconscious mind to process the information.

So just by having five repetitive phrases that you can say to yourself at any given time is a hack.

To begin this morning affirmation,

I want you to ask yourself what is it that you mostly desire?

I am sure you are just like me and desire things like being happy,

Being in good health,

Being financially stable,

Having ultimate success in your education,

Career and professional interactions,

Success in personal relationships with your family,

Partner or spouse and friends,

Being capable to step out boldly into the world in your own truth,

Feeling confident,

Brave,

Strong,

Courageous and unstoppable.

Here is my personal morning affirmation I have been using for the past two decades that has set me up to win.

I am happy.

I am healthy.

I am wealthy.

I am successful.

I am strong.

That is it.

It is as simple as that.

I invite you to now repeat with me.

I am happy.

I am healthy.

I am wealthy.

I am successful.

I am strong.

Each morning as you are waking up and getting out of bed,

Bring these five phrases into your consciousness.

I am happy.

I am healthy.

I am wealthy.

I am successful.

I am strong.

Repeat them silently or aloud for about five times.

I am happy.

I am healthy.

I am wealthy.

I am successful.

I am strong.

As you go through the day,

You can reflect on these phrases at any given time.

I am happy.

I am healthy.

I am wealthy.

I am successful.

I am strong.

These affirmations have truly allowed me to imprint on my subconscious mind a life of bliss,

Good health,

Comfort,

Where the needs of my family and I are met,

Allowed me to obtain my dream career and to reinvent myself where I stand out as bold,

Brave and full of expression.

I trust they will do the same for you.
