Hello and welcome to today's guided affirmation meditation for overall self-love,

Self-improvement and natural weight loss.

To begin,

Find a quiet place and get into a comfortable position.

Begin to soften your gaze,

Allowing your eyes to close and connect with your breathing by taking deep slow breaths.

Continue to take these slow breaths as I guide you through this affirmation practice.

I want you to congratulate yourself for being here and taking this bold first step.

Remember to reach our goals,

All we need is baby steps,

One day at a time.

Remember it took years to arrive where you are today,

So to undo and unlearn the old habits will also take time.

Your dedication,

Commitment and consistency are your most powerful tools in arriving at your new destination.

Today I am going to guide you in getting there.

This is a place you can come back to as often as you would like and I will be here to hold your hand.

When frequented daily,

Your practice would be most potent and the probability of your favorable outcome would be increased.

To practice this weight loss affirmation exercise,

We are going to use three components,

Your emotions,

Your actions and your vision.

Let us start with your emotions.

To achieve your ideal weight,

You first have to become it.

You must become the thing that you want.

You have to feel what it would feel like if you were at your dream weight and wake up and live it every day.

During the day,

When you are making food decisions,

You must ask yourself if the version of you at your desired weight would indulge with that particular food before you consume it.

Now let us practice some affirmations to foster our emotional weight loss.

I identify with the version of myself at my ideal weight.

I am now vibrating at the frequency of my dream weight.

I feel what it feels like to be at my desired weight.

I resonate highly with these emotions.

I wake up in the morning and I love myself for choosing to be well and healthy.

As I go through my day,

All decisions that I make align with this version of myself.

Now that we are feeling the vibrations,

Let us take actions to getting one step closer to our goal.

As much as affirmations work,

We cannot be wishful thinkers.

We have to put in the work to see the goal through.

This is where you would actively make mindful decisions when it comes to your meal planning,

Meal scheduling and physical activity.

About 90% of the work is already done for you from the time you did the emotional fostering affirmations since the mind is very powerful and once trained,

The rest including our physical tasks become a breeze.

Let us now do our action affirmations for weight loss.

I am taking the necessary steps for my health and overall well-being.

I take these actions out of love for myself.

I love myself as I am.

However,

I recognize that I can make improvements which contributes towards my weight.

I am now taking full responsibility for my health and weight.

I am practicing mindful eating and connecting to my body's natural intuition.

I realize that most of the times when I eat,

I am not hungry.

I am choosing to not eat between meals.

I am scheduling my meals within an 8-hour window daily and choosing to fast for at least 16 hours each day.

I drink water during my fasting so that I stay hydrated.

Whenever I feel hungry,

I observe the feeling and wait 10 minutes for it to pass.

I know that hunger means that my body is entering fat-burning mode.

I feel full of energy during my fast.

During my feeding window,

I make healthy food choices.

I am practicing eating in moderation.

Eating clean 80% of the time and leaving 20% for a cheat food.

I am mindful of my portion sizes.

I serve myself on a small plate.

Healthy food tastes so good.

At the table,

At the first sign of satiety,

I stop eating.

I choose to stop eating by 8pm every night.

By fasting and practicing mindful eating,

I cut cravings.

I understand that physical activity is good for my mental health.

I take mindful walks in nature 3 times per week.

These walks make me feel relaxed and happy.

When I feel happy,

I feel more aligned with my weight loss goals.

You have completed your emotions and action steps.

So now let us do our vision affirmation.

With this mood and activity,

You can begin to manifest the physical body of your dreams.

You are now going to imagine what you look like now that you have hit your desired weight on the scale.

Let us say the vision affirmations.

I envision myself at my ideal weight.

I embody my desired weight.

I love my body right now.

Each time I go on the scale,

It gives me a favourable result.

I love my new body.

I love how I fit into my outfits.

I look amazing in everything I wear.

I feel like a supermodel.

I love the confidence that radiates with me being at this weight.

I love my vibe at this weight.

I love the energy I emit at this weight.

I love the aura I exude at this weight.

I feel so much lighter and at ease.

Now that you have completed all three affirmation exercises for a successful weight loss,

You can now practice them combined as you go through the day.

Feel like you are your best self.

Stick to your action goals by eating mindfully and fasting.

And embody the new you as you light up each room you walk into,

Feeling confident,

Blissful and bold.

Take a moment to pause and accept this truth as your reality.

Start reconnecting with your surroundings by feeling the seat beneath you.

Wiggle your toes and move your hands and when you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes.
