So if you just want to close your eyes.
Just allow yourself to be fully centred,
Balanced.
The intention we're setting for this meditation today is about finding our absolute centre of balance.
So just focus on your breath in through your nose.
You can hold it as you're holding it in,
You can feel your chest expanding and your heart opening up and expanding.
And then releasing.
Just allow the breath,
Just allow yourself to find the natural slow,
Deep breathing.
Just breathing in and with every breath in on the inhalation,
I want you to focus on feeling your heart space expanding out as that oxygen is moving into your chest area.
So it's actually the oxygen coming in.
It's like expanding your heart.
And on the exhale,
Just feel that heart.
It's like a gentle leaning in,
A gentle relaxing,
A gentle sinking in to that heart space,
That open up heart space.
Just allow the breath.
In and out.
So with each exhalation,
You're feeling your body just relaxing more and more deeply.
As we're focusing on our centre,
What I want you to feel now is on the crown of your head,
The chakra on the crown of your head.
And I want you to feel and to visualise.
There's a line of white light connecting from the top of your head and it's going right up into the centre of the universe.
And that line of light goes from the crown of your chakra all the way down your body,
Through your body.
So it's sort of almost going down your spine and through the earth.
It's like you're being grounded into the earth.
Like it's almost like not a bolt of lightning,
But it's just a it's a white,
Really light,
Steady stream of light.
That's coming from the centre of the universe and it's moving through your body,
Through your crown,
Down through the earth and into the centre of the earth.
So there's a string,
It's almost a string of light that is connecting you.
And you can feel your body.
It's like it's being charged with that light,
Recharged with that light.
And it's moving into every single part of your body.
So it's sitting on your breath,
Allowing that light to connect you and ground you.
So it's connecting your top three chakras up.
And your lower three chakras is grounding you.
So you're fully balanced.
Your upper and lower chakras and your heart chakra is like being expanded with every breath in and with every breath out.
It's like your breath is balancing your heart and this beautiful white stream of light is connecting you to the centre of the universe and the centre of the earth.
So you're perfectly grounded,
Perfectly aligned,
We call it with your vortex and your heart is wide open and expanding with every breath in and every exhalation out.
And allowing yourself to relax deeply into this feeling of balance and connection and openness.
And every time your thoughts come in and take you somewhere else,
I just want you to bring yourself back to that absolute feeling of connection,
The breath to your body,
To your heart.
The connection to the universe,
To your higher self,
To your higher consciousness.
And that connection to earth,
To the material world.
And there's perfect balance and perfect harmony.
It's all equal,
It's all balanced,
It's all working as it's meant to.
Just allowing yourself to fully experience this wonderful feeling of connection and balance and openness.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And every time you feel your thoughts coming in,
Just allow that white connecting light,
That energy,
That healing energy,
Just to clear out.
It's like it's just sort of like a fog or a mist,
It's just covering over those thoughts,
So those thoughts just,
They just have no,
You can't even really see them,
They're not really there.
Just aware of this white light,
Cleansing white light in your mind.
With every breath in and with every breath out,
Every exhalation out,
Your heart's becoming more and more open.
And you're feeling more and more connected.
More and more calm.
More and more balanced.
More and more open.
More and more allowing.
More and more in line with your vortex,
With the truth of who you are.
And allowing this energy to heal you,
To replenish you,
To refresh you,
To recharge you,
To cleanse you.
Keep bringing yourself up to the breath.
And it's like you can feel your body now beginning to vibrate at a higher frequency,
You can feel that energy moving through you,
Feeling really good,
Really relaxed,
Really open.
And it's like almost the volume is being turned up on the energy that's moving through your body and you're allowing that frequency of energy to move faster.
You're opening up to a higher level of frequency and a higher level of awareness and understanding.
And there's nothing to be afraid of.
And that's what I'm here for.
