Finding a comfortable seat or supine position out in nature.
As you arrive in your comfortable position invite yourself to kind of nestle in and down into the earth.
Letting the muscles that are kind of holding you away from the support beneath soften here just a little more.
And as you rest here invite an easefulness to the position of your spine.
Kind of finding that sweet spot where the head rests on top of the pelvic floor if you're sitting.
And if you're lying down perhaps you tuck your chin in towards your throat a little and pick up your pelvis and place it back down.
So you can allow like a slip stream from the crown of the head all the way down to the tailbone.
Once you've found that comfortable position with your eyes open looking around and noticing the colors,
Textures,
Plants,
Animals,
Elements surrounding you.
Recognizing the abundance of this space.
And with your eyes open just peering down in front of you and noticing all of the tiny ecosystems surrounding you.
Perhaps the grasses or the sand,
The soil,
Maybe any little bugs,
Mushrooms,
Leaves,
Flowers.
Recognizing the interconnectedness of the place you're in.
And when you're ready you can close down your eyes and bring your awareness to sounds.
Noticing the abundance of sounds surrounding you.
Just as you witnessed with your eyes open the abundance of the ecosystem surrounding you.
Noticing the different layers of sounds far away and closer to you.
Louder sounds,
Deeper,
More high-pitched.
Allowing your ears to receive an array of different sounds.
Being receptive to them all.
Noticing the sound of your breath now and allowing that to invite your awareness inward to your internal landscape.
Noticing where your attention is drawn to first,
Any strong sensations,
Emotions.
And then kind of let your gaze,
Your inward awareness broaden now from that place to the spaces surrounding it.
Letting it scan your entire internal landscape here.
Seeing whether you could do so just as you scanned your outward environment.
Noticing what's here and the interconnectedness of it all,
Your internal ecosystem.
And as you next naturally exhale could you feel your awareness in your tailbone.
And as you next naturally inhale invite the breath to naturally travel up the spine all the way to the crown of the head.
As you exhale let the breath drop back down the spine and into the tailbone.
Following the breath as you inhale up the spine into the crown.
Continuing to breathe up and down the spine with your own breath.
And as you next exhale allow the breath to drop out of your tailbone and down into the earth.
Perhaps you could imagine the breath traveling into the soil,
The surface beneath you like beautiful roots traveling and winding their way into the the support beneath you.
And as you do so and continue to breathe naturally with your awareness in the earth beneath you.
Could you feel and allow the holding,
Grounding and nurturing she's offering you here.
Our home and coming home to it with the remembering that we're not separate from her.
She is holding you just as she would any other tree surrounding.
Feel the unconditional nurturing,
Her essence.
And let that anchor you into your body now as you breathe in and invite your awareness up your roots into your tailbone and up your spine.
Feeling nature travel into your being here and remind you once again that you're not separate.
Almost as if your cells just reflect your true nature here.
Remember this knowing.
Pulsing your breath naturally.
And as you next inhale could you invite your awareness to move out of the crown of your head.
Imagining that you're growing branches above you.
Reaching up to the sky,
Forming leaves and continuing to allow your breath to pulse naturally.
As you feel held by the air above you.
The universe surrounding you in space.
Feel the lightness of the air above you.
The potential.
And as you exhale let your awareness travel back down through your branches,
Through the crown of the head and into your heart space.
Feeling your heart beating in the center of the chest.
Reminding you of the love that you are and the interconnectedness of all of life.
Reminding you of your true nature.
When you're ready you can bring your awareness back to the sounds around you.
Maybe textures on your skin now,
Temperatures.
And as you notice then could you gently open your eyes and notice once again the textures around you.
Almost feeling your experience of your internal landscape and your external landscape blend as one.
Feeling yourself as one with the place you're in,
With nature.
