Finding a comfortable position and as you land in your comfortable position invite yourself to bring your awareness straight away to your mind and your pelvis.
Feeling the weight of your pelvis and the lightness of your mind.
Noticing the thought patterns now in the ways in which you're projecting into the future.
Wanting more,
Worrying,
The ways in which your mind is telling you stories around not being enough,
Your life not being enough,
This moment not being enough.
And as you notice these thoughts could you imagine your pelvis like a big weight and that all of these thought forms,
These stories,
These projections are different colored balloons in the mind.
The lightness of them is tied with a string down into the weight of the pelvis and with every natural breath now you breathe in and acknowledge a thought form,
A pattern and as you exhale that balloon the knot that it's tied to the weight with naturally,
Easily unravels and that balloon starts to drift off into the sky.
As you breathe in you acknowledge the thought form,
The ways in which your mind is telling you that you're not enough and as you exhale that balloon unravels and releases to the sky.
Breathing in and acknowledging the stories of not being enough and as you exhale allowing it to release.
Continuing to breathe in and acknowledge the ways that your mind wants more,
Wants more in this moment from a place of lack,
Not enoughness and use every exhale to feel and sense those knots unravel and the balloons being released up into the sky.
You might invite the exhales to be slightly longer than the inhales and maybe you invite the exhales to fall out of the mouth.
A couple more moments here breathing in,
Acknowledging the thought form,
The pattern,
The story and as you exhale letting it unravel and release with ease.
Feeling the buoyancy of every balloon releasing up into the sky.
Sensing now as you release the essence of non-attachment to these thoughts and more feeling as you breathe now the weightedness of your pelvis.
As you breathe in and out one more time feel the final balloon release and at the bottom of the exhale drop your full awareness into the weightedness of your pelvis and allow your awareness to travel down into the legs to the feet.
Feeling the soles of the feet open and receptive to this moment.
Shifting your awareness to the palms of the hands and the tingling in the fingertips.
Inviting this aliveness to ripple up through the arms into the shoulders all the way into the center of the chest and the heart space.
Feeling the love that exists here the all-encompassing enoughness of this moment.
Inviting the groundedness of the legs and pelvis to ripple up through the torso and combine with the love the encompassing enoughness of the heart space as that floods into the neck the head and the mind.
Feeling the entire brain infused with this energy this moment and knowing that there is more than enough here.
You are enough as you are right now.
Take a breath in and out and at the bottom of your exhale feel yourself present in this moment in this space knowing that you can use this practice at any time you need it.
Taking your time to open up your eyes gently and bringing your awareness your visual back to the space.
Giving yourself permission to take this practice into the rest of your day and giving offering yourself gratitude for practicing.
