This approach involves connecting with our breath and body in the present moment, trusting the inherent intelligence within ourselves to heal and create. By becoming aware of and observing the patterns within our bodies shaped by past events, thoughts, emotions, and memories, we can identify areas needing love and attention, thereby transforming this energy for healing and creation. So finding yourself in a comfortable seated position,

Laying down if that is available for you.

And we'll begin with tuning into the rhythm of our breath.

Feeling your body expand on your inhale and soften on your exhale.

Bringing your full attention to your breath.

Feeling your body expand on your inhale and soften on your exhale.

Allowing yourself to be fully present in this moment with your breath and with your body.

Our breath has a way of awakening what is stored within us and allowing this moment to be a safe space for observing what comes up.

Fertility is about being open to receive,

Able to create and put our expressions out into the world.

Allowing ourselves to come into this moment of surrender and receivership.

Noticing the thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions or memories that arise.

They are coming up to be seen,

To be loved,

To be transformed.

Allowing yourself to receive this insight now.

Observing your breath,

Observing your body,

Noticing what is stored within.

Feeling your body expand on your inhale and soften on your exhale.

Noticing the thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions or memories that arise.

These parts of you are coming up to be seen,

To be held,

To be loved and transformed.

Allowing yourself to observe with compassion,

Noticing these thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions or memories that are holding you in this habit of self.

Noticing them,

Loving them and in that way transforming them.

Giving yourself in these moments the love and support you required.

Letting your body relax and soften and once again tuning into your breath.

Allowing yourself to feel safe,

Seeing and knowing what is coming up for you.

Giving yourself the love and support you needed in these moments.

Trusting your body's innate intelligent ability to heal itself.

Noticing your body expand on your inhale and soften on your exhale.

Being at any moment throughout your day,

You can tap into your breath and tune into your body.

Allowing yourself to connect with this intelligence,

This wisdom within you.

Allowing yourself to breathe,

Observe what is coming up.

Loving these parts of you,

Letting them be transformed.

As we practice this skill,

It becomes a tool available to us throughout our day.

As we notice reactions,

Habits or triggers,

Allowing ourselves to tune into our breath,

Our body,

Feeling this safety,

Feeling this love.

And when you are ready,

You can wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing yourself back into this moment.
