
All Parts Of You Meditation

A guided visualisation meditation to support you in meeting yourself. This meditation allows you to bring compassion to yourself & your unique journey as you explore being met by all versions of you.

Welcome to your meditation practice.
Finding a comfortable seated position for this practice and getting settled into your being.
Allowing your pelvis and your legs to be heavy here.
Being met and held by the earth beneath.
Allowing,
Inviting the spine to grow up long and tall.
Reaching the crown of the head up and as you do so,
Softening the shoulders all the way down to the fingertips and feeling that softening leak into the jaw,
The eyes,
The middle of your forehead and into your brain.
Noticing your natural breath and starting to breathe into your mind's eye.
The space just behind the forehead,
In between the eyebrows.
Sending the inhaling breath into the mind's eye and as you exhale,
Allowing the exhale to travel down the spine,
Out of your tailbone and into the earth beneath.
Breathing the breath back up the spine and into the third eye.
Dropping the exhale down the vertebra of the spine and into the earth.
Almost as if you're kissing the earth with every exhale into her.
Breathing that love back into you as you inhale.
Centering yourself here in this moment,
In this body,
In this practice.
Next time you breathe in with your awareness at your third eye point.
Taking a moment to set an intention for your practice.
Maybe you allow this intention to simply be uncovered from a secret place within you.
No need to force or strive for an intention that you think you should have.
Just simply allowing your affirmation,
Your sankalpa,
Your intention to come to you.
As you next exhale,
Allowing the exhale to settle deep into your spine,
Your center.
Letting go of the breath and the intention now and imagining,
Visualizing yourself walking along a forest,
A forest floor.
There's a faint path that you can see that you feel you should follow,
That you feel drawn to.
You step slowly and presently and you invite the soft moist soil onto the soles of your bare feet as you meet the earth with the base of your being,
The soles of your feet meeting this forest floor.
Smelling the damp soil,
The recent rain and noticing the shimmering leaves all around you,
Freshly cleaned by the rains.
The air is so fresh and so clean that it naturally allows your lungs to breathe more air in and it instantly softens you into place and into your body.
You feel at home here,
It feels familiar,
Safe.
You continue to walk curiously in this beautiful forest.
Maybe you notice some flowers blooming,
Some bugs buzzing around,
The birds singing and you notice the sound of a small creek nearby.
You make your way to the creek and you notice the crystal-clear water and the colorful pebbles of the creek.
The water urges you to drink some and you feel as though this water is cleansing you from the inside out as you drink it,
Cupping your hands and scooping the water into your mouth.
Maybe you run some through your hair or over your face,
Down your arms.
The water is the perfect temperature and the sun peeps through the leaves at the perfect time to warm and kiss your skin.
It feels like every sound,
Texture,
Taste and sensation is here for you,
Is here to meet you and welcome you home.
As you continue to follow the creek down,
You are met by more beautiful plants and the tiny ecosystems on the forest floor,
In the plants and the logs surrounding.
The forest is so green and this naturally resonates with your heart space and softens it into being.
You notice that the creek gently cascades off a subtle cliff and transmutes into a waterfall.
You notice a path down to the base of the waterfall and you follow it down.
There have been some natural steps carved for you.
You watch the rainbows dance in the beadlets of water falling off the cliff edge and you're mesmerized by the air element meeting with the water element.
The constant cascade as you get to the base of the waterfall,
You notice a pond,
A water hole and you notice some people playing in the water hole.
People of all ages,
They seem welcoming and so does the water.
So you strip off and gently step into the pond.
The water feels so healing,
So soft.
You notice that the people are inviting you over and as you swim closer to these people that seem so familiar,
You begin to notice that they are all versions of you.
Baby you,
Child you,
Teenage you,
Middle-aged you,
Old you,
All playing,
Laughing,
Crying and chatting amongst one another.
They've been waiting for you here and as you meet them where they're gathered among the rocks on the edge of the pond,
They meet you in a warm embrace.
You take some time to look around at all versions of you,
Past and future and you notice that they are looking at you with incredible awe and complete unconditional love.
The group hug begins to disperse slightly and they encourage you to lay on your back in the water.
All of their hands are holding on to your body,
Supporting you to float in the pond and as you float here you feel so held by all parts of you,
All versions of you,
Past and future.
You acknowledge that you are exactly who and where you are meant to be and you feel the unconditional love radiating from all versions of you into your being and you feel and invite all of your soul parts that have been fragmented or lost in the future or the past back into your being now.
You notice that baby you is laying on your chest as you float and the oldest version of you is holding your head.
Teenage versions of you massaging your feet and hands.
All of you is welcome here,
All of you is acknowledged here,
All of you is a miracle.
As you float here you notice baby you starts to dissolve into your chest,
Into your heart space.
Then little you,
Teenage you,
Middle-aged you and old you all start to dissolve into your being.
They're always with you,
Always guiding you and always in awe of you.
You feel yourself floating here,
Completely held and whole as you are right now.
You feel the magic of your existence,
The magic of your essence.
You hear your heart beating in your chest.
You notice the soft breath of your lungs breathing.
Underwater it sounds so loud and all-encompassing.
This sound of your heart beating,
Your lungs breathing,
The pulse of your life bringing your awareness back to your heart beating in this room,
In this moment,
To your breath and gently inviting your breath to be a little deeper here.
Allowing your breath to be gentle,
Coaxing the experience that you just had back into this moment.
Feeling the experience that you just had integrated into all of yourselves and inviting all parts of you back into your life.
Acknowledging your wholeness and the miracle that is you.
Inviting some movement into your body,
Noticing the textures,
The sensations and the sounds surrounding you.
When you're ready rubbing your hands together,
Creating some heat.
Then placing your hands over your closed eyes,
Feeling the warmth of your hands and gently opening your eyes and slowly moving the hands away.
Bringing your hands to your heart center and giving yourself permission to take this practice,
This wholeness and this validation of who you are,
Of where you've come from and the miracle that you are into the rest of your life.
