Ego sure is a story teller. Learning to accept the story but realizing how that story is impacting our now is a powerful feeling. My depressional numbness is far less now than it was even 3-6 months ago. Accepting that I have the ability to alter my ego stories and dive into the WHY of the story is giving me a lot of my Self and power back.

Your explanations make sense but I struggle understanding the moving up the triangle. If each soul plan is unique but there there is reincarnation to the next soul plan, then each Soul, or iteration of individual has to build upon the last life. I am confused on how we can be individual plans but yet build upon lessons over the 8.4 million iterations? Maybe I mis understood this, I am not familiar with the triangle theory.

This is an interesting way to look at using the term 'old soul'. I had never really put a context to the term before.

These brief meditations were inspiring and accessible. I could easily relate the information to my life in transformational ways.
