Take a breath and just go with me here.
Just before we were born,
Our soul meets with our soul guides.
They show us our life preview from birth to death.
That includes all the lessons we have agreed to learn in this particular lifetime.
This is not about predetermination.
It is about how our individual lesson plans are impressed onto our soul.
So we see it all,
And then the process of birth is so traumatic that any memory of having seen the life preview is stripped away,
Leaving just the imprint in our soul.
Souls are energy,
And we know that energy cannot be created nor destroyed.
This energy,
Our chi,
Or vital life force,
Has memory.
Our soul holds the memory of our individual lesson plans,
And there are over 8 billion people on earth,
And each person has a unique lesson plan for their life.
When we take the opportunity to reflect on our lives,
We can pick out patterns,
And these patterns are directly correlated with our soul lessons.
We can also see how cyclical life is,
And how we don't grow when we are comfortable.
Times of difficulty,
Turmoil,
Or utter chaos are when a lesson is presented,
And it can be seriously uncomfortable.
If we learn the lesson,
It is metaphorically crossed off the soul lesson plan,
And we grow onwards and upwards.
If we are not ready to learn,
Things eventually dissipate,
And we carry on.
However,
That lesson comes back around at a future time,
Giving us another opportunity to learn.
This continues throughout our lives until we have worked our way through our soul lesson plans.
Deja vu is described as experiencing something which ignites a profound flashback,
A strong sense that we have seen,
Smelled,
Or heard something before,
Because you have in your life preview just before birth.
Deja vu is an indicator that you are on your unique path,
And that your soul remembers this point in your journey.
