Change Our Perception,
Change Our World.
Let's think about how we perceive the world around us.
Do we love or hate rainy days?
Are Mondays the worst day of the week?
Do we dread change and expect the worst?
What if a subtle shift in perspective could change everything?
If we start worrying about Monday on Sunday afternoon,
We are no longer present for Sunday.
We can waste an entire day stewing over the next.
And according to the law of attraction,
Like energy attracts like energy.
So we are actually setting the negative energy in motion to ensure that Monday could also be negative.
If we make a conscious effort to change our perception about Monday,
We can change our experience of Monday.
With that small shift,
Just think of what we might accomplish.
And imagine if many people make this shift,
We could experience noticeable increases in positive energy and experiences all over the world.
We all know how good it feels when our energy is positive or when we are around someone who radiates positive vibes.
We also know what it is like when we walk into a room and feel negative tension.
If the people in the room were to focus on something positive,
The energy of the room would change.
This is an experiment that can be repeated over and over again.
France once shared a real life experience of this.
She and her husband had some friends over for dinner one night.
The energy of the evening was upbeat,
Happy,
And comfortable.
Everyone was gathered around the table enjoying their meal when my friend inadvertently knocked her glass of wine over and it spilled into her husband's lap.
He jumped up and shouted at her,
Making quite a scene in front of their guests.
One moment of reactivity immediately unraveled an entire evening of connection.
We can imagine how dramatically the atmosphere changed at that moment.
We can also imagine how it could have gone if he had laughed it off instead.
The energy wouldn't have just remained negative,
It might have deepened into a story they could have joyfully told for years.
Change our perception,
Change our world.
One Monday,
One rainstorm,
One spill at a time.
