Please find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down now for the next 10 minutes or so.

You can go into your Zen Den,

Light a candle,

Get some essential oil,

And maybe grab a soft,

Cozy throw blanket if you're at home.

And if you're not,

You can still listen to this.

If you're in a park somewhere,

Wherever you are,

You can still do this meditation.

Turn off your phone,

Unless you're listening to it on your phone,

And hang up the Do Not Disturb sign so we can begin.

First,

If you have essential oil,

Put a few drops in the palm of your hand,

Rub your hands together and take a nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and allow that aroma to completely and totally relax your body.

Take another deep breath and visualize your heart and your mind slowly opening.

Now gently close your eyes and drop your attention inward.

Start by taking a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and release it.

Let's take another long,

Slow,

Deep breath in and just let it go.

On every inhalation,

See yourself inhaling the peaceful,

Positive energy that's all around you.

And with every exhalation,

See yourself releasing any constriction,

Any fatigue,

Anxiety,

Or physical pain that you might be experiencing right now.

Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm while we do a quick body scan to locate anything physical,

Any physical pain or constriction that might need your attention right now.

During the scan,

If you notice any constriction or pain in any part of your body or in your mind,

Stop,

Focus your attention on it and breathe deeply into that area and then visualize the pain or constriction leaving your body with your breath.

So let's start at the top of the head,

Slowly scanning your mind,

Moving now to your face,

Down to your neck and shoulders,

All the way down to your arms,

Your hands,

And your fingers.

Remember to stop and release any constriction or tension.

If you feel any part of your body needs your attention,

Then that's where you're going to be breathing into.

Keep scanning all the way down your back to your buttocks,

Moving down the entire front of your torso as well.

Scan from your hips,

Down to your thighs and your knees,

All the way down to your calves,

Your ankles,

Your feet,

And your toes.

Continue with this process until you've scanned your entire body and you're feeling fully relaxed and peaceful.

So I want you to visualize yourself doing what you say you're going to do for you with ease and grace.

Feel the sense of commitment and loyalty that you may feel for others in your life,

Focused on yourself and your desired goals.

Imagine you taking action for you.

Imagine that it's easy and natural to remember what you want,

Even when you're stressed or busy.

See yourself smiling,

Feeling secure and grounded in your ability to follow through with any action that is in your highest good.

Conjure that feeling of self-confidence,

Of being able to count on you right in the middle of your chest.

Let it be expansive.

Let it be easy.

Give yourself permission to commit to real self-care.

Stay in this expansive relaxed state as we begin to silently repeat our affirmation.

I consistently prioritize my desires with ease.

I consistently prioritize my desires with ease.

Continue silently repeating the affirmation and just allow the words and their meaning to ripple throughout every cell of your body.

I consistently prioritize my desires with ease.

As you stay in this deeply relaxed state,

Allow your heart and mind to open up to all of the possibilities that small,

Consistent steps will create.

Anything that you desire is possible.

Any change that you want to make,

Any new healthy habit that you want to create.

Small,

Consistent steps.

As you embrace the ongoing process that is transformation,

You will see your efforts paying off and how you feel,

The state of your relationships and your health.

Have faith that you are exactly where you're supposed to be at this exact moment in time.

Now let's take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in from the tips of your toes all the way up to the top of your head.

And release.

Now let's do that one more time.

Inhaling a long,

Slow,

Deep breath starting at your toes going all the way through your body up to the top of your head.

And let it go.

Now gently bring your attention back to your body,

Back to the room that you're in,

The couch,

The bed,

The chair that you might be sitting on.

Gently stretch your hands and rock your feet and give yourself a nice,

Big,

Full body stretch.

Please keep the feelings of strength and excitement going and bring them out into your life to inspire your actions,

Be aligned with your truest desires,

And as always,

Take care of you.
