I found yoga during a time when I was searching for something deeper, something that could help me heal from the inside out. Recovery is not a linear journey, and like many, I faced moments of struggle, self-doubt, and transformation. At first, yoga was simply a way to move my body, but it quickly became so much more. It taught me how to reconnect with myself, to find stillness in the chaos, and to listen—really listen—to what my body and mind needed. The breathwork, the mindfulness, the grounding postures—all of it gave me tools to navigate not just the mat but my everyday life. Yoga didn’t just help me recover; it helped me rediscover myself. It gave me a space to feel safe, strong, and whole again. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing this practice with others—especially those on their own journeys of healing. Whether it’s through movement, meditation, or simple moments of breath, I believe yoga has the power to guide us home to ourselves.
