Sometimes, fear doesn’t mean you’ve made the wrong choice. It simply means you’ve stepped into something new. This meditation is a soft space to land after an act of bravery. Whether you’ve spoken your truth, set a boundary, made a change, or simply allowed yourself to feel more deeply, it’s common for fear to rise in the wake of expansion. This practice invites you to meet that fear with gentleness, compassion, and understanding - so you can continue forward without abandoning yourself. Your courage didn’t fail. Your nervous system is just catching up. And that, too, is love.

Welcome,

Love.

If you've found your way here,

I imagine you've taken a brave step recently.

A choice.

A change.

A moment where you listened to something deep inside you,

And now,

The fear is here.

That's not a failure.

That's not a sign that you did it wrong.

That's your nervous system noticing you've left the familiar.

So let's be with that for a moment.

Feel your body.

Maybe your breath is shallow,

Maybe there's tightness in your chest,

Or a flutter in your belly,

That's okay.

That's just your body trying to understand where it is.

Let's offer it some safety.

Take a breath in through your nose,

And let it out slowly through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale,

And exhale.

Say gently to yourself,

It's okay to be afraid.

I am still safe.

You are not going backward.

You are not broken.

You are not too much.

You are becoming.

And becoming is messy,

Becoming is tender,

But it is also brave.

Let this moment be a pause,

Not a retreat,

A place to rest before continuing.

You're allowed to question.

You're allowed to grieve what's behind you.

You're allowed to not know what comes next.

And still you are moving forward.

Let yourself feel the ground beneath you now,

The breath in your lungs,

The life that is still moving through you.

You are doing it.

Not perfectly,

Not all at once,

But you are doing it.

You are allowed to be afraid,

And you are allowed to keep going anyway.

As you go back to your day,

Remember as always,

You are loved.

You are enough.

You are whole.
