Com Take a deep breath.
Sacred,
Meaning connected to self,
Source,
The universe.
Activism,
The practice of vigorous action,
A theory that the essence of reality is pure or a process.
Together,
Sacred activism,
The embodiment of change making,
Ways showing,
Heart led legacy.
If you are at the centre of all creation,
Both within its meaning and its matter,
With that awareness today what would you choose?
We each yearn and ache to find the marriage between meaning and matter,
To weave the elements of our wholeness to live wide awake and alive,
To leave and lead a legacy.
Stay with me here just for a little while to contemplate the depth of what we could be really being asked here in this modern day dilemma,
A gateway to the potential of a new revolution within us all.
What if still,
In the comforts of our spiralling human sufferings,
We are still missing the point?
This is not to neglect the weight of the current circumstances or all of what is coming to light,
No rather this is to muse with heart the representation of the outer world that is reflecting back to us our inner worlds,
Lifetimes and generations of human pain and suffering that is slowly being thrown under the rugs of comfort where no longer today ignorance is bliss.
I will not profess to have the answers,
So let's preface that right here and now,
Rather in this space,
To muse and to contemplate,
I invite you to digest and commit to diving a little deeper,
To dive into the flow amongst the river streams,
Recognising that how we think and how we feel is all a part of this too.
Our human soul is expressed through our mind,
Our body,
Spirit,
Emotions and energy.
What if our sacred activism started with being willing to meet our self in all of the light and the shadow of our own blueprint,
Journey and existence with the willingness to do our own creative work,
Not separate from any element of our humanness so that we too each act as a guide to a life sustaining breath into the world.
Be the change,
Gandhi said.
I will say it again,
Be the change.
Did you hear me?
Can you hear yourself?
You see,
You are who you have been looking for.
Change is within you,
So to simplify it clearly,
Embody the change from the inside out.
Be what you wish to see in the world,
Dear hearts.
Is this what Gandhi meant?
Take that power back from outside of you and stand forth first within yourself.
Don't just speak it or post it on your social streams.
Be brave,
Wise and bold enough to take the plunge into yourself so that you can uncover where you have been dancing around your own avoidance,
Pain,
Suffering and freezing in not enoughness so that then you can propel and swim forth amongst the river streams to journey back again and again to the depths of you.
Why?
Modern activism is within you because your healing,
Your journey,
Your inner world,
You,
All of it matters.
You are the meaning and the matter.
You are who you have been looking for and your love,
Your inner GPS system have always been knocking on your door to return and remember from deep within your own heart.
We fear the world is changing,
Maybe more than ever today and yet we seek the answers constantly outside of ourselves in perpetual blame,
Fear and shame.
Disconnection in any form will not create the bridge.
This right now is a bigger game.
If we each choose our own inner sacred activist,
Then we choose to play full out.
It is a time to upgrade our software,
To transmute our pain,
To see that our powers have been in our hearts and hands with purpose and enoughness all along.
Are you listening?
Your sacred activism requires attention,
Intention and action.
You are the master of your every moment.
Every moment we exist,
It starts with our awareness.
Helen Keller quotes,
The most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or touched,
Rather felt deep within the heart.
And for too long we've feared the power of our own heart's wisdom,
Of our own infinite light.
The activism of oneself starts with revolutionising within,
Deprogramming yourself from mass consciousness,
Willing to suspend the norms to open wider to what's sacred for emotional and psychological self liberation.
You get to take the path of your own shift,
To unplug yourself.
What others say and believe about you along the way,
As you embody your inner sacred activist isn't about you,
Rather it's about them.
If you are listening here with me right now,
You are being invited to reclaim any power you have been giving away,
So that your heart no longer carries backpacks that hold weight on your soul.
When you let this go,
You propel into the truth and the wisdom of your own heart,
Your own medicine.
This takes patience,
It takes time and energy.
You need to give your emerging self absolute kindness,
Compassion and love.
I promise you though,
That you are capable of all you dream of.
We just must each remember to create rippling ponds of change,
We must be willing to start within.
Radical accountability and responsibility is required to endure the medicine of our own truths.
So let's breathe deep.
Rumi said,
Close your eyes,
Fall in love,
Stay there.
So close your eyes here dear soul with me,
Just for a little while,
Take a deep breath in,
Soften your energy into the earth,
Let her medicine ground and hold you.
Open your heart,
Breathe deep,
Breathe with intention,
With consciousness to activate the sacred activist within you.
Remind yourself here in this moment,
That you chose to be here in this body,
In this life.
Name your power,
Your soul chose this existence.
So unplug,
Deprogram and return to the center of yourself.
As you breathe,
Invite your soul back into your body,
Call her back from all the places where he or she felt broke away or got lost.
Anchor yourself here in your body,
On the earth,
Within your breath and your heartbeat.
Give yourself permission to feel what is here in your body,
In your energy and in your emotions,
Trusting that these are all gateways to the power of your own medicine.
Feel and breathe,
Breathe and receive.
Allow yourself to meet your life,
To land in divine action,
To embody the change you wish to see in the world.
One step,
One breath,
One heartbeat and breadcrumb at a time.
Breathe deep,
Placing your hands on your heart,
Call yourself forth and trust the niggles,
The niggles enough to take action,
To choose love and go forward,
Taking a deep breath in.
Sacred activism is within you,
You are who you have been looking for.
