Heartbeat Pregnancy and motherhood presents us with an opportunity to come home deeper within,

Home to our soul and our body.

With trust in a way that many of us haven't felt before in this lifetime.

It is a transition,

A rebirth,

A rite of passage,

And yet life seems to be getting busier.

Perfectionism is stronger than ever and it makes it more difficult for us to harness mindfulness within.

With so many unwritten expectations,

We often forget that the most creative,

Intuitive,

Natural or inspiring job we'll ever have,

Hold and create is growing a human being.

Pregnancy and motherhood can come with complex change and growth in all the ways.

Inner shifts are constant and so to be mindful is to trust that you can create ease and less anxiety to benefit both you and your baby.

In this guided meditation,

We're going to allow ourselves to notice how we feel in our belly,

Our chest,

Our head as we move through the motions.

We're going to take note of how our emotions can associate with these visceral feelings,

The positive or the negative impact of any stories that we're believing at the moment and allow ourselves to increase our awareness on both our pregnancy and motherhood journey.

You can apply this to your day to day life at any time you wish.

Take a moment to breathe.

Deep and full breaths.

Relaxing your mind and your body with each breath.

Deep,

Full breaths.

Relaxing your mind and your body with each and every breath.

Good.

It is an absolute truth that all moments in life simply come and go.

Enjoying the happy times is easy but we must have the strength to hold steady through uncertain times.

This is the ebb and flow of life.

Just like the tides of the ocean,

In order to ride the waves of uncertainty if it comes,

It is helpful to know these positive affirmations about your inherent capabilities.

So as you continue to breathe,

Soften and relax,

Say to yourself now,

My body has what it takes.

She is fully capable,

Beautiful and resilient.

Breathe.

My baby feels everything going on around them,

So they feel all the love and support consistently.

Breathe.

Each moment of motherhood flows effortlessly exactly as it's meant to.

Breathe.

My baby is growing strong and developing exactly as they shall.

Breathe.

I am a phenomenal mother,

The same as all the other magnificent mothers out there.

Breathe.

I generally accept the assistance of others.

With ease,

Certainty and an open mind,

I am open to the village.

Deep breaths.

I have great courage to ask for help and to receive support anytime I need it.

Breathing in.

Exhaling out.

I am confident,

Calm and I deeply trust in my body and my natural motherly intuition.

Breathe.

My body is designed to be a mother.

I trust my body and my inherent wisdom.

Deep breaths.

I always have courage,

Faith and great patience,

Especially during uncertain,

Unknowing times.

Breathe.

Every day my baby grows the perfect amount.

Breathe.

I am excited and so well prepared for motherhood during all stages.

I trust myself.

Deep breaths.

Everything I feel and experience is part of the great teachings of motherhood.

I am open to receive.

Breathe.

Being a mother is the greatest blessing that life has to offer.

I receive this blessing with love.

Breathe.

You're doing so good.

Take a note of how you are feeling right now.

Now I'd like for you to visualize yourself handling everything beautifully.

See yourself happy and overjoyed about motherhood.

See yourself approaching those you love when you need a hand or an ear to listen.

Allow the colors in this visualization to be bright and clear.

Noticing any sensations that rise into your awareness when they naturally occur.

Can you see clearly the people you love and those who care for you?

Take comfort in these people and trust in them.

Notice the expressions on their faces when they support you.

Hug them and thank them.

Vividly see yourself handling sticky situations with ease and grace.

Allowing for them to pass by in their own time.

Visualize these moments of bravery and calmness as clearly as you can with as much detail as possible.

Could you notice now the feeling of strength?

Allow courageous emotions to rise within you.

Stability,

Courage,

Vitality,

Fulfillment,

Good.

And allow these feelings to pass by.

Now allow feelings related to trust rise within you.

Patience,

Confidence,

Determination,

Fearlessness,

Good.

And now just allow these feelings to move along,

Fading away.

Allowing yourself to feel the emotion of love to rise within you.

Compassion,

Appreciation,

Nourishment,

Nurture,

Cherish,

Respect,

Good.

And just allow the feelings of love to drift by.

By doing this exercise every day you are strengthening helpful emotions related to strength and positivity.

Allowing yourself now to bring one hand to your womb space.

One hand to your heart.

Taking a deep breath in.

Exhaling out.

And again,

Deep breath in.

Exhaling out.

One more time,

Feeling that mindfulness,

That presence,

That stability,

The intuition and the sovereignty of coming inside your inner world for just a moment to nurture and nourish from deep within.

Deep breath in.

Exhaling out.
