Welcome beautiful.

This guided audio musing is created for you to dive deeper into your own unique curiosity using your intuition as a guiding source to tune into the wisdom and inspiration that is uniquely crafted and guiding you.

I invite you to close your eyes,

Relax the body,

Take a couple of slow deep breaths,

Straightening the spine and softening any tension around your shoulders or your belly,

Opening your heart space to receive.

You may like to place your hands one palm over the other on your heart space so that you affirm with your body that you're leaving your head space to be guided by the heart.

Or you may like to place your hands on your legs,

Palms facing down or palms facing up.

Allow yourself to be naturally guided by the innate wisdom that's inside you.

I'm going to read to you one of my favorite quotes.

This quote is going to be the anchor throughout this entire musing so that you open up greater to the source of your own curiosity and inspiration as an access point to where you're being led to create.

Don't ask what the world needs.

Ask what makes you come alive and go out and do it because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

This is a quote from Howard Thurman.

Don't ask what the world needs.

Ask what makes you come alive and go out and do it because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

Let the words of this quote sit with you for a moment now as you continue to breathe and soften into receiving.

Don't ask what the world needs.

Ask what makes you come alive and go out and do it because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

Becoming aware of any feelings,

Sensations,

Thoughts or images that might come.

Allowing yourself to take notice of what rises.

What makes you come alive?

What can you do with that?

Asking yourself what makes me come alive,

Truly alive and what can I do with that?

What are the times when you feel most vivid,

Radiant,

Energized,

Engaged and juiced up?

What patterns emerge when you look at the times or circumstances that your unique gifts shine through?

What are those patterns?

Acknowledge them.

Our passionate responses to life are embodied inspiration.

They are like a string of shining lights guiding us home to ourselves into deeper meaning.

These lights are the talents,

The perspectives and the gifts that long to be expressed through us for the world.

So now is the time to ask yourself what makes me come alive and what can I do with that?

We're so often guided to try to find our bliss and to follow that but following this directive can be like chasing sunshine.

We can often better know what is meant for us or what makes us really come alive when we notice the circumstances that light us up from the inside out and make us glow and shine in the radiance of who we are.

So what is this pattern of these circumstances that really light us up from the inside out that make you shine?

Remembering in this moment that the world doesn't need us to do specific things,

To tick the boxes.

What the world needs is people who have come alive within their own innate spark.

So here is a poem.

The river is famous to the fish.

The loud voice is famous to silence which knew it would inherit the earth before anybody said so.

The cat sleeping on the fence is famous to the birds.

Watching him from the birdhouse the tear is famous briefly to the cheek.

The idea you carry close to your heart is famous to your heart.

The boot is famous to the earth.

More famous than the dress shoe which is famous only to floors.

The bent photograph is famous to the one who carries it and not at all famous to the one who is pictured.

I want to be famous to shuffling men who smile while crossing streets.

Sticky children in grocery lines.

Famous as the one who smiled back.

I want to be famous in the way a pulley is famous or a buttonhole not because it did anything spectacular but because it never forgot what it could actually do.

So beautiful soul,

What can you do?

Can you remember what you can do?

Beyond the limitations,

The fears and the doubts,

What makes you come alive?

Remembering not to ask what the world needs rather to ask what makes you come alive.

To be curious,

Inspired and intuitively guided.

To remember that,

To go out and do that because of what the world needs is you living wide awake alive.

Take a deep breath in.

Open your heart to receive.

I open my heart to receive the miracles that live inside of me.

I open my heart to receive the miracles that want to be created and birthed through me.

I understand that my work,

My business,

My creativity in the world is a transmission.

A transmission of my higher self following what makes me become most alive in the light and the fire of all that I am that lives inside of me.

A guide,

A source,

An inspiration.

I embrace myself and this inspiration with kind loving light.

I allow this light to envelope and cover my entire body and now say to yourself,

I receive love.

I am open to my inspiration.

I see possibility in every experience and situation.

I am ready to take the actions that are the miracles that desire to be created through me with my soul.

Placing your hands on your heart if they're not already.

Taking a deep breath in.

Exhaling out and opening your eyes to close this meditation.

Much love.
