Hi,
My name is Tara Lee and welcome to my space to muse.
This guided audio and meditation is created for you to discover and connect with your inner guide.
Your own inner sanctuary,
A sweet place to nurture and nourish from deep within.
Many of us in this modern day culture and age in our western world lead very full,
Very busy,
Hectic lives and schedules.
We hold and juggle many responsibilities and many hats,
So much so that even our recreation can feel like it takes much attention and energy.
We are so involved and entangled in what is outside of us.
Most of us greatly yearning for a sense of balance,
A harmony to this outward focus that we can receive by nourishing ourselves with time spent within.
We are being called to reconnect with our heart space,
Our soul,
Our spirit and our inner creative source.
I believe that each of us has a deep sense of truth,
A power and a purpose within us.
A guiding force that can truly lead us to leading and living fulfilled successful lives in whatever that means for each of us uniquely.
Though we seem to spend most of our time looking outside of ourselves,
Consumed so intensely with the outside world that we've lost total touch and connection to that source,
That wholeness and that guide within.
Truthfully,
Most of us have not been educated to believe in our own inner intuitive knowing and rather have been taught to follow the outside rules,
Conditions and other people's ideas of what is right or wrong for us.
And as a result over time we lose touch with the very nature and core of our own being.
This is your invitation to cultivate contact with your inner source,
Your inner self and guide.
A space to gift yourself a re-education in paying attention and listening deeper to those parts of you that really know.
To relax into your body,
To soften the landscape of your mind and move deeper into communion with that that exists within.
Practice,
Patience and support yourself by nurturing this calling.
This meditation will guide you to begin to establish by drawing your focus within to a place of peace and relaxation.
A place where you can source and connect with your own inner wisdom.
Before we begin,
I would like to preface something so that you invite yourself to surrender a little more.
To do this meditation in a way that feels good for you.
There is no way of getting this wrong.
So park that belief somewhere else.
Not everyone sees visual images when they meditate so don't worry.
Some of us are visually orientated,
Others are more audio or feeling orientated.
So if you get a feeling or even if you are thinking about something,
Allow yourself to do whatever comes naturally and easeful for you.
Accept and allow yourself to relax and enjoy this time you've carved out.
I'm honored to be in your ears.
May you also find certain suggestions that may lead you to something completely different.
That's okay too.
Trust and go with whatever naturally flows through you.
Set yourself into a comfortable position now,
Either sitting or lying down.
If you are sitting,
Allow yourself to straighten your spine and soften into a relaxed position.
Whether you are sitting or laying,
Allow your hands to be open and soft in a comfortable,
Relaxed,
Open,
Receptive position.
And now when you are ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Soften your gaze and become aware of your body.
Just noticing how your body is feeling right now.
If you notice any tense places in your body,
Gently breathe into those places.
Imagine them relaxing and softening.
And all the unserving tension is releasing and dissolving.
Now bring your attention to your feet and imagine relaxing them.
Next,
Your ankles and the calves and the back of your legs and allow them to soften and relax.
Now bringing your awareness to your thighs and your hips.
Relaxing the whole of your legs now and your whole pelvic area.
That's it.
Gently breathe into the lower part of your whole body and feel it soften as it becomes very calm and relaxed.
Now bring your loving awareness into your abdomen,
Your stomach and the area of your internal organs.
Imagining all your organs relaxing,
Functioning with ease.
They are comfortable,
Healthy and operating smoothly.
That's it.
Now your chest.
Check in and relax through your chest,
Your lungs,
Your heart,
Your shoulders.
Down your arms into your hands and your fingers.
Relax your fingers.
Bringing your awareness into your neck and your throat and imagine this part of your body relaxing completely now.
If there is any tension in this area,
Imagine it flowing down your arms and out your fingertips.
Down onto the floor and down into the earth.
And now relax your head,
Your face,
Your scalp,
Relaxing your eyelids and softening your jaw.
Let your loving awareness scan through your entire body now.
From head to toe,
From toe to head and feel your entire body deeply relaxed.
Imagine that you can feel life energy flowing smoothly and freely through your entire body.
If any area feels tight or tense,
Gently release it and feel that energy flowing through it.
Take a deep breath and as you exhale,
Release any last holding that you're doing in your body.
Suspend,
Surrender and feel your body totally relaxed.
Take another deep breath and as you exhale,
Relax your mind.
Pretend that your mind is just another muscle in your body and that you can completely relax it.
You don't have to hold onto any thoughts.
You can let everything go for right now and let your mind become quiet and slow and even a little bit out of focus.
That's it.
Take another deep breath and as you exhale,
Move your awareness into a very deep place inside of you.
Now imagine that you are walking down a path in some very beautiful,
Lush,
Fertile,
Natural environment.
You may either see the landscape or the environment or you may feel or sense or pretend that you are actually there.
As you walk down the path,
You feel the beauty of nature around you and you feel yourself in an increasingly relaxed state of mind and body.
Imagine that you come to a clearing,
Some very beautiful spot and as you begin to look around or sense or feel,
You notice that this is a stunning place to be.
It is so deeply special.
A truly magical place.
Notice what is here.
Are there trees?
Are there any plants?
Is there an ocean or a river?
Are you on a mountain or in a field or a garden?
Let your imagination tell you what this place is.
It's so very peaceful and beautiful here.
It is also very private and completely safe.
This is your own personal inner sanctuary that you are creating for yourself inside of you.
No one can come here unless invited.
This is your own private place.
Feel how warm or how cool it is.
Is it sunny or shady or a combination of both?
How does the air feel and how does it smell?
What kinds of sounds are there in your inner sanctuary?
Do you hear birds or insects or the breeze blowing through the trees or the sound of the ocean or the water down the river?
Or is it just very quiet?
Are there any flowers or animals near you?
Take whatever comes to you and feels right.
Allow yourself to feel the nurture and nourishment of what's naturally flowing to you.
Imagine that you are wandering around your inner sanctuary.
You're getting to know it.
You're getting comfortable in it and familiar within it.
Find a place in your sanctuary now that feels like a comfortable place to sit or lie down and make yourself totally at home.
Nurturing quality of nature all around you.
And allow yourself to open up and receive the beauty of this nourishing nurture.
Imagine that you are like a sponge,
Simply absorbing and receiving the waters and the soil by receiving the love and the beauty of Mother Nature.
And now move your awareness into a deeper,
Quiet place inside of you.
Keep imagining going deeper and deeper inside yourself until you come to a place of rest and peace within.
Where all the care of the outside world seems so far away.
Take a moment to plunge yourself into this moment.
To simply let yourself be in that peaceful place within where there's absolutely nothing you have to do or even think about or figure out,
It is a complete state of quiet beingness.
In this deep,
Quiet,
Restful place within yourself,
You are in contact with your own deepest wisdom.
Your own natural inner knowingness.
The part of you that's very wise and knows everything that you need and is able to give you guidance in your life,
Moment to moment.
Even if you don't feel it or don't quite believe it,
Just allow yourself to pretend or imagine that it's there.
Whether or not you feel it or believe it,
It is always,
Always within you.
If you have any questions you want to ask during a guide,
Source or self,
Go ahead and ask.
Quietly,
Be open to receiving,
Sensing or feeling what that wisest part of you may have to say in answer to your question.
It may come in words or it may come to you in an image or it may just be a feeling or a sensation.
Take whatever comes and allow it to enter your awareness.
It's also alright if you feel nothing or a lot all at once.
It is all perfect for you in this moment.
It may come at a later time,
So soften and accept the experience of your now.
If you have any more questions you want to ask during a guide,
Do so.
You can ask for help,
For support,
For direction,
For love,
For clarity.
Go ahead and ask for whatever you desire or need.
Whenever you ask,
As soon as you ask,
The door will open for you to begin to receive whatever your heart truly desires.
So simply assume now that whatever you are asking is beginning to come to you.
It may come in different ways than you expected,
But it will come.
Trust in that.
Be open to receive.
When you feel ready and complete here for this moment,
Become aware once again of your sanctuary and know that this beautiful place is a place you can visit anytime you desire.
It is within you always.
All you have to do is relax,
Carve out a moment,
Close your eyes,
Breathe in deep and allow yourself to desire to be there,
To be within the inner landscape of your realities.
You can go there anytime you want.
It will be a place where you can relax and get in touch with that deep inner wisdom.
For now,
Say goodbye to your sanctuary and begin once again to walk up the path that led you there.
As you walk up the path becoming aware of your body in the room,
Bring your focus back to your breath,
Breathing all the way from the tips of your toes to the top of your head and then breathing all the way in from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes and exhaling out.
Feeling the space and the room around you and when you feel ready,
Very gently opening your eyes,
Coming back relaxed,
Energised,
Nourished and so deeply connected within yourself.
