I am so glad you are here with me and trusting in your own guidance to dive into this nourishing process.

I am so honored to muse and meet you here in this space.

In this audio and guided meditation,

We are going to muse and connect with the intentional heart breathing technique.

This is a simple yet powerful technique to raise your vibration and return you to the center of yourself.

To start,

I invite you to create an intention.

This can be as simple and powerful as choosing love,

Opening your heart or something a little more pacific around something that is present in your life.

Heart focused breathing is a powerful way to nurture,

Nourish and awaken your dear heart center and your being.

Most of us do not breathe at an optimal level but it is a practice that we can all relearn.

In yoga,

Breath is life.

It is the source to our living and when done consciously,

It has so many benefits.

The simple nature of noticing your breath provides with it an opportunity to slow down,

To reset and listen.

Consciously breathing will give space for the emotional and physical experiences that need attention to surface within which is why we often hold so tight to avoid the deepest purest parts of ourselves.

When we breathe with intention and pacifically intention to the radiance of our heart space,

Our vibration increases and the light of your heart will expand out around you.

You really are that powerful.

These concepts have been researched and studied to show how our connection and our heart rhythm patterns directly reflect our internal state.

Your heart is one magical piece of human machinery and it deserves your nourishing attention and focus.

By breathing into the heart,

It allows you to quite quickly bring yourself into a state of coherence.

With the magical benefits of decreasing cortisol levels,

It will relieve stress,

Elevate your mood,

Improve your health and raise your energy.

So let's begin.

I invite you to nestle in now.

There is no wrong or right way to embrace this practice.

Rather I invite you to release any self-judgment and find a space to be simply sacred to be within yourself,

Your heart and your breath.

Find a comfortable position either sitting with a straight spine or laying flat.

Gently close your eyes if it is safe to do so and bring your focus to your breath now.

We are going to start by breathing into our brain.

Yeah.

We are going to nourish our brain with oxygen.

Breathing into your mind and allowing ourselves to exhale and release any tension,

Stress,

Chatter or frustration.

Following down the body now and softening the jaw,

Breathing into the neck and notice and release with every exhale.

Breathing further down into your chest area,

Allowing your lungs to expand with the inhale.

And as you exhale,

Letting go of any stress,

Tension,

Frustration or tightness.

Bringing your focus to your heart now.

Take a deep breath in here and expand the natural space of your heart.

And as you exhale,

Let go of any pain or aches and just simply relax.

Let's keep going down and breathe and expand into our bellies now.

That's it.

And on the exhale,

Let go of any disempowerment or anger.

Good.

Now breathing down into the pelvic region,

Allow yourself to fuel your creative life force with oxygen and intention.

And on the exhale,

Letting go even deeper now.

Now bring that beautiful breath all the way down to the very tips of your fingers and your toes.

Breathing into your whole body and as you exhale,

Surrender and soften.

Beautiful.

Now I invite you to find your own rhythm here.

As we begin to focus our breath back to our beloved heart space.

Letting your face to relax and your whole body and being to soften and nurture now from within.

Over the rest of this visualization and breath technique,

You can choose to breathe now in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Or in and out of your mouth.

Find your own natural yet soft rhythm.

And allowing your breath to feel empowered,

Connected and as you exhale,

Allowing ease and softening,

Ensuring that you continue to deepen into the chest and the heart,

Filling your body up with oxygen rich medicine.

This is you meeting the universe in the middle.

If love is a verb,

It is within your actioning within yourself that you raise your presence and your vibration.

In this practice,

We call upon our ancestors,

Our guides,

The cosmic star beings,

The planets and the earthly riches of the trees,

The beetles,

The sunshine and the trees.

We invite them all to hold us to be close and to guide us as we expand ourselves and our consciousness through the power of our heart.

Generating healing and transformation beyond the mind.

Trusting we are safe.

We are seen.

We are heard and we are healed.

Continuing to breathe now.

Through this process of hydrating yourselves and opening your heart space,

You remember that you are enough and you have within you unlimited potential.

Breathing deep.

Expanding your breath.

You are doing so well.

Deep breaths.

Rhythmic breaths.

In,

Out,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Nourishing beautiful deep breaths.

You've so got this.

Keep expanding and nourishing into the heart space.

You are so seen.

You are so held.

You are so supported.

Breathing into your heart.

Relaxing into your own rhythm.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth or in through the mouth,

Out through the mouth.

You've got this.

The breath allows you to be filled up,

To be nurtured,

To be nourished,

To be supported.

Keep breathing.

Deep breaths.

Soften in.

Keep your rhythm.

Allowing your breath to soften now.

Snuggle into yourself as you start to become aware of your conscious mind.

You did so well.

Take a deep breath into the heart space and exhale out.

Allowing yourself to place your hands on your heart space now as you begin to close this practice by feeling the physical beat of your heart.

Take a moment in this space to acknowledge your heart,

Your soul,

Your essence and your beautiful body.

Thanking yourself for taking the time to nurture and nourish from deep within.

Friggling your hands and your toes and when you're ready gently opening your eyes.
