Good morning.
Find yourself a comfortable seat.
Maybe sit on a pillow or a chair.
Find yourself a position where you can relax into your body and let the spine rise.
Take your time to find the support you need so you can let go of all the body parts you don't need to support and hold in this moment.
Soften your belly and chest,
Your jaw,
Not the muscles and the tissue around your eyes and in your face.
Soften,
Melt down.
And just for a few minutes listen to the sounds of the morning birds playing their song.
Open your senses.
A while of listening and a rotation to connect with your breath.
Start to sense your breath in the body without controlling or changing the breath.
Just sense it as it is.
Listen to the body,
How the body expands and contracts with the inhale and the exhale.
Where in your body can you sense this breath?
Maybe there's a sense of flowing where the nostrils are or maybe a feeling.
Just with an open mind,
An open curiosity,
Sense your breath.
Open your eyes.
And with the next exhale,
An invitation to let your body melt down to the earth.
Let go of your legs and your feet,
Your hip.
Let your attention wander up your spine,
All the way from your tailbone to your neck.
And sense if there's a kind of aliveness in your spine,
Like your spine or some sort of seaweed moving with the waves of the ocean.
We could sense into the fluidity in the body the energy that moves.
Let your attention surround,
Fill your shoulder area.
Maybe this awareness can bring some softness with it.
An invitation to your shoulder to melt down.
Let your awareness wander down your arms,
Your elbows and all the way to your hands.
Your fingers.
Take a breath of your fingers.
Maybe you can sense some aliveness in your hands.
Energy pulsating,
Vibrating.
Some sense of coldness or warmth.
Let your hands awaken to the sounds in you and your breath.
Almost like you can breathe into your hands.
Let the breath wander from your fingertips all the way to your underarms and upper arms,
Your shoulders and all the way to your heart,
In the center of the chest.
Let your heart,
Let the breath go out through the top of your head.
Breathe in through your fingertips all the way to your heart.
Let the heart out through the top of your head.
Opening up the energy system from the fingertips all the way to your heart and connecting your heart with the mind.
Every inhale goes through the fingertips.
Wander up your arms,
Fill your heart and every breath goes from the heart to the mind through your crown of your head.
With your next inhale change the circle so you're breathing in through the top of your head down through your mind all the way down to your heart.
And when you're breathing out you're breathing out through your shoulders and upper arms,
Lower arms and out through your fingertips.
Exhale down to heart,
Exhale out through your fingers.
Connecting you with nature,
Connecting you with cosmos,
Connecting mind and heart.
If you want you can imagine that breath comes in like a wave.
Finding its own way without you have to do anything or force the breath to go in any direction.
It just finds its own way,
Its own path.
Now an invitation with the next inhale you breathe in through the top of your head down to your heart and with the next exhale you let the breath go all the way down to your heart.
You're filling up your whole pelvis with the breath.
Feeling the heart with an inhale,
Sending the breath down to your lower belly and your lower belly with the exhale.
And if you feel some aliveness around your spine,
Let your spine be alive,
Let it move that comes natural.
Breathe in the sounds,
Breathe in light,
Breathe in peace.
Inhale love,
Inhale joy and exhale it all down to your pelvic floor.
Breathe in light,
All the way down to your heart and exhale light all the way down to your pelvic floor,
All the way down to earth.
Breathe in love,
Unconditionally divine love to your heart and all the way down to the earth.
Breathe in joy from the heaven to your heart and from your heart to earth.
Breathe in peace into your heart.
And breathe out peace down to earth.
Breathe in balance and harmony from the heaven all the way down to your heart and let it fill up your whole chest area.
And breathe out,
Send it down to earth.
All the way down to mother earth,
We stare at and receiving the divine flow of light,
Love,
Peace,
Joy and harmony.
Now with this connection with mother earth,
Imagine she is sending it way straight back to you.
So your inhale now comes from the earth through your root chakra,
Your pelvic floor,
All the way up to your heart.
And from your heart it goes up to your mind and up to heaven through the top of your head and through your crown chakra.
So inhale comes from the earth,
Go up to the heart and the exhale goes from the heart to the top of your head.
Breathing in the love of mother earth.
Breathing out the love of mother earth.
See if you can sense the energy from the earth going up from your pelvis through your central canal all the way to your heart.
Let it fill your heart and then go all the way up through your head to the heaven.
Breathing in peace.
Breathing out peace.
Breathing in unconditional love and light.
Breathing in the harmony,
The balance of mother earth.
Allowing it to fill your heart and breathing out,
Sending it out to the heavens.
Now relax your breath and let your attention and your awareness fill up your heart space,
Whole chest area.
Maybe you want to put your hands there to feel the connection even more.
And know that inside of us we are already that light,
That unconditional love,
That peace,
That harmony and balance,
That joy.
Let those words circulate in your heart and your spiritual heart,
Center of your chest.
Maybe you can set your intention for the day to live this day with this knowing that you are that.
And see what life unfolds for you when you make that choice to live your life from joy,
Peace,
Love,
Harmony.
May you have a beautiful day.
I bow my hand to the light inside of you.
Namaste.
