I invite you to take a deep breath through your nose,
Filling your belly as you inhale,
Releasing it naturally as you exhale.
With your eyes closed,
Lying or sitting comfortably,
With your back supported as well as your head,
So you can fully sink in to this feeling experience through your breath.
This is not a guided meditation,
It is a feeling experience through your breath.
As you gently breathe in and out,
I invite you to stay in your breath,
To feel it holding you and to feel its warmth and comfort inside of you.
In the place where I am at the moment,
The day is dawning,
There is a special peace about this time of day,
A special joyful welcome to the new day.
Also within me,
There is this peace and this joyful welcoming of a new day,
Deep gratitude.
Through your breath,
Through your presence in this moment,
I invite you to feel this peace,
This joy.
As you land fully in your center,
Slightly below your navel,
Becoming more and more present,
Feel that same peace inside of you,
Your own peace,
Your own innocent joy,
Welcoming the life of a new day.
Allow your entire body to absorb this peace,
All of your cells,
All of you.
One breath at a time,
Receiving this moment fully.
