In this breathing experience I share with you, I invite you to feel new dawn rising from within, embracing the new potentials that it brings, allowing it to grace you and serve you in the best possible way. For this experience, please find a quiet and comfortable place where you can lie belly up, or lean back so as not to feel any tension in your body. Using earphones is recommended. Simply inhale and exhale through the nose, filling your belly when you inhale, and relaxing it when you exhale.
