This Breath of Isness Meditation brings you into your full Presence, releasing attachments to illusion and allowing you to feel the Safe Space of Expanded Awareness. Please find a comfortable place to sit or lie belly up. Inhale and exhale through the nose, filling your belly with each in-breath and allowing it to recede naturally with each out-breath. The use of head or earphones is recommended. Thank you for your Presence.
