Get comfortable and close your eyes.

From the soles of your feet and the base of your spine,
Send down deep into the heart of Mother Earth three strong cords of energy and light.
Anchor these cords firmly into the core of Mother Earth.
Notice the connection.
Feel the strength.
Feel the peace this connection brings as Mother Earth holds you firmly in safety and peace.
Allow yourself to relax and feel nurtured by Mother Earth's love for you.
It is a knowing that all is well.
Breathe into this connection and sense it balancing and grounding you easily and effortlessly.

I am balanced.

Now bring your awareness to the divine spark of light that is located in the center of your soul.
This is the essence of who you really are.
You are a divine spark of your Creator.
Sense and connect to your essence,

Sink into this connection to the most brilliant,

Give yourself permission to let Spirit remove any veils or energy that might be protecting the core of your essence so that you can feel this magnificent spark that is you more intimately.
You are safe.
See your core star expanding throughout your physical body and into your energy field.
