Welcome to today's meditation,
Be Free of Fear.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable seat,
Relaxing our minds and closing our eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
Saying our mantra B,
And take a slow calming breath out,
Saying our mantra free.
Continue your calming breaths and our mantra while you listen to my voice.
We all face fears,
Maybe not every day,
But often.
Many of us have fears of rejection,
Fears of losing a loved one,
Fears of not being good enough,
Fears of almost everything.
Many times,
Like worries,
Our fears can be unnecessary and never come to life,
While other times our fears have a reason and could complicate our lives.
So first,
It is essential that we analyze each of our fears so we know which ones are really a problem,
And which ones we don't need to give another thought to.
So for the ones that have no foundation,
Let's just throw those fears away,
While the other fears need to be faced and overcome.
It can be scary to face our fears,
But oftentimes when we do this,
We realize our fears were not as frightening as we once thought.
I'll never discount the fear of losing a loved one.
I have lost many.
By constantly being in fear of this,
You are robbing yourself and your loved one of quality time spent together,
And memories being made that will last long after all of us are gone.
Each fear just needs to be looked at from all angles and decide how to tackle each individual one.
Life is full of challenges and fears,
But we only get one life and need to make the most and best of it.
Now slowly open your eyes and go out to fully live your life.
Be free to fear less.
