Welcome to your guided meditation.
My name is Tammy and I will be leading you in today's meditation with the mantra,
Be free.
First,
Take a seat and make yourself comfortable.
Then let's get started by slowly closing your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and say in your mind or aloud as you breathe in the word be and as you exhale slowly through your mouth say the word free.
As you exhale,
Feel the weight lift off your shoulders as you free yourself of your worries.
Deep breath in be and long slow breath out free.
Continue your slow deep breaths while repeating the mantra be free.
Deep breath in feeling the tightness of all your problems and worries in your body and then feel all the tension release and leave your body as you breathe out blowing all the bad vibes away out into the universe where they are absorbed and free from your body and mind.
Notice how your tight muscles have begun to relax and your mind is more at peace as you continue to breathe.
Worries are an everyday problem we create in our own minds that if we don't stop and either figure out a way to fix what we are worrying about if there is an action we can do to solve the problem then why worry?
Or if we realize we can't do anything about the problem there is no fix therefore why worry?
Because worrying will not solve anything except to fast track us to physical health issues.
By taking time every day and learning to relax our minds and bring peace into our lives we will have more fulfilling lives and relationships.
With each breath release the worry that has robbed you of precious time.
Now slowly open your eyes and go out into the world with your regained peace and new mindset.
