Welcome.
Settle in.
Get cozy.
And just relax,
Give yourself a moment,
Give yourself a pause in life.
Just to reset and maybe get some fresh perspectives.
Today we are going to talk about standing up for yourself.
And sometimes this is linked to people pleasing or even maybe you're just struggling with confidence.
At the moment.
Maybe you're in a vulnerable place.
Perhaps a series of events have occurred that have just knocked you down.
So you're not at your strongest.
So when situations arise that challenge kind of your place,
Your strength,
Maybe you.
I've really been struggling.
And so this track is just a gentle reminder of how important you are.
And how much love you have to give.
And that you do not.
Deserve to be treated.
In any way.
That is not from a loving place.
And sometimes we have reservations around standing up for ourselves.
Perhaps feeling.
A little shy or not wanting to be labeled in a certain way.
For speaking out and speaking up.
But there are times in life.
Where you simply cannot sit by.
And allow yourself to be walked all over.
And so if this is one of those times.
I'm here to reassure you to recharge your battery.
And to help you recognize that you are worthy.
You deserve brilliance,
Beauty,
Love,
Respect.
And so sometimes we just need a little bit of a reminder of that.
Sometimes we get caught in situations,
Whether it's relationships or work situations or just living situations in general.
That almost wear us down.
And we forget,
We forget what it feels like to be independent,
To be confident,
To stand up for ourselves.
And so I want you to think about a time in your life that you were bold,
You were empowered,
You were full of confidence.
And if you have never felt that way.
I want you to try to imagine yourself in that role.
So I want you to see yourself.
Standing,
Walking.
Talking.
Just a living.
In that powerful position?
How would you look?
What would you be wearing?
How would your body be moving?
What would you be saying?
Just picturing that for a moment,
Just feeling or remembering.
That power.
Remembering that we are all born different.
Into this life with the beautiful opportunity to live,
Enjoy,
To meet people,
To explore,
To experience so many things.
And knowing that life is your right.
Living in a respected environment.
Should be the absolute minimum.
And so sometimes when we forget this,
We kind of sink deeper.
And deeper and perhaps there are influences around us.
Who just keep pushing us down.
And before we know it,
We've completely forgotten all of our power.
We've lost our confidence.
We've just lost our way.
And sometimes it takes just one.
Little action.
One.
Little shift.
In a positive,
Loving way.
That can completely change your life.
And so perhaps if.
.
.
You have lived in this situation.
For a long time.
You may feel defeated.
You may feel as though this is a life sentence and this is just the way it's going to be.
But I want to encourage you to explore options.
Let's say you are in an unhealthy relationship.
And you know without a doubt.
That your partner will not.
Ever.
Make an effort.
To do any work to heal themselves.
So for you.
That isn't your life sentence.
You have a choice to make.
A choice to stand up for yourself.
A choice to move forward.
The trajectory of your life.
To a healthier timeline.
And yes,
It may be uncomfortable.
Yes,
It may take some planning.
But there is always a way.
There are people who will appear.
There are opportunities that will arise.
The universe will provide a path.
And so the first step.
Is always.
Agreeing to what you need to do.
And then you can carefully map out the plan.
And once that plan sets,
And starts,
The next step will appear.
So maybe standing up for yourself means an entire life overhaul.
But I challenge you.
To ask yourself.
What you would prefer to do.
Remain in the situation.
That is dragging you down,
Holding you back,
Perhaps it is very unhealthy.
Choosing a different path.
It might be unknown.
Might be daunting or intimidating.
But it could be the best decision of your life.
I hope this helps you in some way.
Thank you so much for being here.
Namaste,
Peace and awesomeness to you and yours.
