Take a moment to get comfy,
Snuggled in and ready for the next few moments together.
I want you to think of a time in your life that you felt free.
You felt joyful,
A time when you felt so happy,
So unlimited.
Maybe it was when you were a kid,
Or perhaps it was in your teen years,
Your early 20s.
Anytime,
Maybe it was last week,
Maybe it was during a vacation.
I want you to think about what it was that you were doing at that time,
And what made those feelings happen.
Was it a specific activity you were doing?
Was it the place that you were?
Was it the people who you were with?
Maybe it was the sense of adventure.
Now I want you to think of your current life,
And the activities that you participate in,
Or the life that you live.
I want you to look for any similarities,
Any places that remind you of those amazing times.
Maybe it's doodling on a piece of paper during a corporate meeting,
And it reminds you of your art classes.
Maybe it's dancing in your car when a really great song comes on,
And it reminds you of the days of clubbing.
It's reading a story to one of your students,
And it reminds you of your own children when they were young.
See which connections you can make between the past joy and your current life.
And if that seemed to be challenging,
Then don't worry about it.
Just let it go.
And I want you now to think of some ways that maybe you could add a sprinkle of joy or excitement in your present life,
Or near future life,
That remind you of those beautiful memories,
Those fantastic days of joy,
Adventure,
Bliss.
And be aware that some of these ideas may pop into your mind over the next couple of days.
They may come in through dreams,
Maybe conversations with people who seemingly just pop into your life.
Maybe you'll hear something on the radio,
Or listening to a podcast,
Or watching a video that sparks something inside of you that reminds you.
So,
Pay close attention,
Listen,
Look for the signs,
Be open.
Listen to what your soul would like you to hear.
Let this guide you on your journey.
Your journey towards your best life.
Your most adventuresome life.
Take a couple of moments to just sit with this idea.
Sit with the possibilities of discovery.
Sit with more puzzle pieces clicking together.
And remind yourself that you are exactly where you should be,
And experiencing everything exactly as you should.
And give yourself a great big hug.
