This is a track where I encourage you to take a walk in a forest.
And if you aren't in a forest maybe you can visualize one but this track is intended to be a locking meditation and one where you can become aware of your surroundings and taking note of the living breathing forest around you.
And so as you move through this walk if you're lucky enough to have this sacred space entirely to yourself.
I want you to.
.
.
Just enjoy every moment and if you happen to see another person along the journey,
That is okay as well.
You can even share a little bit of that sparkly energy as they pass by you.
And so as you start along this path,
I want you to take note of what season it is.
And perhaps if you live in a place where it's temperate year round,
I want you to just take notice of the temperature.
Is it warm or cool?
What sounds are you hearing as you take steps?
Are there leaves on the floor of the forest?
Or maybe it's a bit muddy,
Or perhaps you're walking on dirt.
It's been padded down over the years to a solid,
Solid ground.
Noticing if there's a wind or perhaps it's a still day.
Is the sun peeking through?
Or blocked out from the treetops.
Can you hear birds singing?
Perhaps there are critters running around or slithering by.
So just taking notes.
Is there a body of water or a river close by?
Even a little stream,
Maybe a waterfall.
So as you continue walking,
I want you to take special care.
Making sure that you are leaving nature exactly as you found it.
Bringing with you any garbage or litter.
And I want you to notice the trees.
What types of trees are there and plants.
Are there little insects crawling around?
Maybe there are little.
.
.
Holes in the trunks of the trees and there's little beings living in there.
Sometimes animals make homes in the strangest places carrying twigs and mud in their little beaks and creating a safe haven sometimes for their eggs.
So just continuing your walk.
Feeling that temperature,
Noticing if your body's warming up as you continue along.
Or maybe it's a little bit chilly and you feel like you want to hug your arms around yourself.
I want you to just walk for a couple of moments in silence.
Just listening to the forest.
Listening to any messages that.
The trees may have for you,
Or perhaps a spirit animal friend.
Maybe the wind brings a message,
Or the earth beneath your feet.
Perhaps the sun or the moon.
So,
I want you to walk.
And listen.
You may hear words,
You may receive visions,
You may just feel or know that this is what is trying to be communicated to you.
Just accept and trust the messages that come through.
In these next few moments together.
As you continue your journey.
I want you to just.
.
.
Think in your mind.
Of what it is that you would love to say to this beautiful space that you are exploring.
Perhaps it's gratitude to the trees and the leaves for cleaning the air that we breathe.
Or perhaps it's the earth beneath our feet keeping us grounded.
Maybe it's these beautiful animals that we share the planet with,
Just their presence and the messages they bring.
So just take a moment to express whatever it is you would like to say to this forest.
And wrapping up any last few thoughts you may have.
And continuing on this journey.
This track will wrap up now,
But I encourage you to continue on your walk.
Continue listening to the forest.
And perhaps it becomes more of a conversation where you are having thoughts or expressing your words.
And the forest is responding.
So let this flow.
Be open to the messages from this beautiful space around you.
And remember to send so much love and gratitude to our planet.
Thank you so much for joining me and enjoy the rest of your journey.
This is Tamiya,
Wild and free.
Thank you so much for listening.
Namaste.
Peace.
And awesomeness to you and yours.
You
