It's time to get in touch with your soul,
Your creative life force.
That beautiful secret power that you hold within yourself.
Sometimes we know what our special gifts are.
But we often feel that they are incomplete or that maybe we don't know all of these special gifts.
And so this journey is going to inspire you.
To dig deeper.
This will be a beautifully visual journey to the depths of your soul.
Recognizing the colors and shapes and feelings and sounds that represent you.
And only you.
Our souls are so unique.
Our patterns.
Beautiful puzzle pieces.
So I wanted to take a couple of moments to just settle in for this journey.
This will be a very unique journey.
So wherever you are,
Just kind of wiggling around.
If you want to lie down,
You can.
If you would like to stay seated,
Whatever you would like to do,
Just get nice and cozy.
I want you to just breathe easily.
Feeling your body settling into this moment.
Feeling completely safe and secure.
Knowing that you are about to embark on a journey of colour,
Of wonder,
Of creativity and of pure love.
And to start,
I want you to think.
Of a color that absolutely makes you sparkle.
So thinking about colors that are known.
So maybe.
.
.
It's a color that represents creativity to you and just one solid color.
My default is always deep royal purple.
And starting with your color.
I want you to.
Add Trim.
So see a little burst of colour that is outlining this colour.
So perhaps if you're visualising a circle.
Picture a little piece of trim around the entire circle.
Maybe it's the same color.
And having this kind of as your soul point,
Like this base representation of your soul.
And I want you to feel yourself.
Coming into this place.
So perhaps it's this little glowing whatever color you chose.
With a layer or trim.
Of whatever color.
Was your secondary color.
So this object is now a sphere.
So if it was a two-dimensional object,
A circle with a trim,
Almost like a piece of fabric,
I want you to now see it as a sphere.
And that trim colour is now a layer,
An additional glowing layer on top of that base colour.
And you are reduced to this,
Your physical shape as a human.
In these next few moments.
It's almost going to be hung up in a closet.
It's just like an outfit.
We're going to put it on a hanger and put it over there in a closet.
And so this little glowing orb of light,
This is now you.
And I want you to see this light.
Rolling down.
A pinball machine.
And as you roll you can hear Bells.
Sounds,
Drill,
Lights,
And maybe you're getting hit by these little paddles and being swatted across this pinball machine.
And each time that you hear a sound or you feel movement.
Or you see a burst of light.
It's waking up a deeper part of you and your soul.
And as you finish this bumpy,
Light,
Sound journey through this pinball machine,
You reach the bottom.
And you drop down this tube almost like a water slide.
At a park and you're going down this tube and it's pretty dark.
But you can see light ahead,
And as you pop out the end,
You're actually floating across water.
Just a little pool of water.
And this water is.
.
.
Iridescent,
Containing all colors of the rainbow.
And so your soul.
That was just bopped around this pinball machine is now absorbing this iridescent liquid,
Adding it into your magical color and that other layer,
That glow.
And this liquid,
This iridescent liquid.
Is this magical?
Potion that opens you up,
That allows you to see more.
To discover more,
To feel more,
To release more,
To express more.
And you roll out of this pool.
Onto this beautiful sunlit area.
It's just a plain white,
Almost like a platform.
And as your soul sits and dries off.
You notice that the beautiful colors of the iridescent water have also been added in to your colors.
Giving your soul just another beautiful shiny sparkle.
And you start to feel lighter,
Maybe you're smiling.
Maybe your soul feels like a tickling,
Like something is igniting.
And next you start to roll along this white platform.
And you're now bouncing down steps.
It doesn't hurt.
Your soul is very,
Very tough.
And you're just bouncing down these stairs almost like a marble when you were a little kid.
And with each step.
You're almost knocking even more.
Open within your soul.
It's like you are inviting different aspects of who you are to come out and play.
Bouncing,
Bouncing down these stairs.
And when you land at the bottom.
It's actually this beautiful cave.
And this cave is dark except for the fire blazing in the middle.
It's a campfire just for you and your soul.
And the beautiful part about this campfire is that it is igniting the fire inside of you.
It is igniting the ideas,
The fuel,
The power,
The drive.
The sun within you,
Kind of those masculine energies.
And with the warmth of the fire.
You just absorb it in.
This is exactly what you've needed.
This is what you have been seeking.
And you look down at your physical form.
With these beautiful layers and you see a wonderful pattern.
It's a reddish-orange-yellow flame that has been added to your sphere.
You feel gifted.
This is your reminder of your fire,
Of your power.
And you start rolling away.
And this time,
You roll right over.
And notice the sound of water.
And before you know it you're floating along a little river.
That leads to a gigantic waterfall.
You sail right over this waterfall,
Rinsing down with all of the droplets of water right to the bottom with a splash.
And this is this beautiful infusion of feminine fire.
This is this intuition,
This journey within,
This lone wolf.
This beautifully expressive soft luxurious feminine energy being infused all around you.
Unlocking the secrets.
Unlocking the goddess within.
And as you roll onto the bank.
You notice a new marking on your soul and it is that of a waterfall.
Blue and crystal-y.
Reminding you of your feminine power.
And rolling along,
You are in a beautiful forest full of trees.
Plants.
Woodland creatures running around.
And as you roll along,
You notice an animal.
Maybe this is your totem animal that you've already known of or perhaps this is a new animal.
That has just presented itself to you.
And you pause.
Taking in a couple of moments of interaction with this animal as it continues to take form right in front of you.
And I'm going to give you a moment of silence so that you may have a telepathic conversation with this woodland creature,
Or perhaps you just feel a message,
Or they show you pictures.
Just be open to whatever message.
Wrapping up any last few words of this message.
Taking note if you received any messages and if you did not.
Taking note of the type of animal.
You've just spent time with,
Knowing that you can look up the spirit animal message on your own.
And as you wrap up this interaction,
You see.
.
.
A little tiny version.
Of this animal being added onto your sphere.
Reminding you of the message or the meaning that is held for you,
This animal.
And rolling away sending love and peace to this beautiful being,
You move deeper into the forest.
Deeper and deeper.
And as you continue through,
You see a beautiful little hut,
Smoke coming out of the chimney.
And you just know that this is where you need to be.
So you continue moving towards this height.
You enter and inside you see this beautiful being of light.
Welcoming you,
Blessing you with love.
And inviting you to sit with them for a message.
Opening up your soul,
Opening up your third eye and your crown chakra to receive whatever message this beautiful light being has for you in these next few moments.
Thanking this beautiful being for the wisdom or the messages that were shared with you.
Sending love and light.
And seeing a little image of this beautiful being.
Being added to your sphere,
To your soul,
Knowing that all of these pieces are a part of your pure soul.
And moving back out of this beautiful hut,
Thanking this being of light with so much gratitude and love.
You continue into the forest.
In this next part,
You see this gigantic tree.
With this beautiful ramp.
Wrapped in a spiral all around the trunk.
Leading up to the top and this looks like a beautiful redwood.
It is so tall.
You've never seen a tree this tall.
And as your soul goes up this ramp,
Feeling the bark of the tree.
Smelling the beautiful smells around you,
Listening to the birds.
Feeling the sun,
Yet feeling the coolness of the air.
You continue to spiral all the way up.
Until you reach this beautiful little plateau.
And this plateau.
Is at the very top of the trees and it has become night.
So you are above.
The trees,
With the stars in the sky,
The moon,
And the cool air.
And feeling your soul,
Feeling this journey you've just taken,
This beautiful discovery.
And as the last part of your journey.
You simply stay still and you let the cosmos infuse you with stardust.
With ancient wisdom,
With insights,
With clues,
With awareness of your sole purpose in this lifetime on this planet.
So take a couple of moments and receive all that is on offer.
Sending love and gratitude.
As you wrap up these last moments.
Star infusions.
And as a memory you have a sheet of stars almost like a layer from above gently descends and wraps your sphere in a blanket of stars like a final layer.
Holding in all of the other parts that you have discovered.
And you feel this twinkling inside,
This spark,
But this deep comfort,
This deep peace and inner knowing.
You have just discovered a deeper part or parts of your soul.
And as you acknowledge this,
Your body transforms back into human shape with this beautiful soul.
And sphere at your very core,
Always with you.
Those symbols infused.
And coming back into the physical space where you started this journey.
Taking a moment of thanks for any discoveries,
Any openings,
Any infusions you've received.
Just letting this new version of you settle in.
And breathing easily,
Perhaps taking a nice deep breath in.
Is to remind yourself that you're back in your physical body,
Moving your arms and legs,
Maybe wiggling your head around,
Your fingers and toes.
And when you're ready,
Opening up your eyes.
Thank you so much for taking this journey with me.
I hope it served you well.
I am Tamiya,
Wild and free.
Namaste.
Peace.
Awesomeness to you.
And yours.
