Welcome to this EFT tapping session which is focused on safety and feeling safe.
So maybe you've been feeling a bit uncertain or uneasy lately or perhaps you're just looking for a sense of grounding and calm.
Today in this session we're going to be focusing on one affirmation and that is I am safe and I and we're going to be following it with some really grounding and supportive words to help you feel settled and secure.
Okay so just a reminder before we get stuck in is that by tapping along with me today you agree to take full responsibility for your own health and well-being.
So begin then by just making yourself feel really comfortable where you're sitting.
I'm going to begin with a nice breath so breathing in through the nose just coming into this space together kind of arriving here through the breath and then exhaling when you're ready in your own time and in your own way and then begin tapping on the side of the hand repeating after me either out loud or in your mind even though I don't always feel safe and I have these feelings of anxiety,
Fear or discomfort I choose to be present for myself with all these emotions even though I sometimes feel overwhelmed by my surroundings or my emotions just keep tapping and breathing and I feel like I can't fully relax or trust that I'm safe I'm open to finding a sense of calm through this tapping so just be open to that even though there may still be parts of me that feel uneasy or uncertain I choose to deeply and completely love and accept myself or I'm learning to okay so tapping on the eyebrow point we're going to start those affirmations now I am safe and I allow myself to feel secure in this moment side of the eye I am safe and I release the fears that no longer serve me remember to breathe,
I release the fear and I make space for safety moving now to under the eye I am safe and I open myself to peace and calm so just opening the heart a little bit bringing your attention to right here right now feeling that lovely tapping sensation feeling your physical body here with me,
Your feet on the ground your seated weight in your chair that sensation of fingertips tapping your skin you're doing great,
Remember to breathe under the nose I am safe and I deserve to feel secure in my body and mind chin point I am safe and I let go of past fears and anxieties so we're in the here and now and you're doing so well and if there's any gaps that you feel you want to fill you can keep just saying I'm safe,
I'm safe because I know sometimes there's a sense of rushing or wanting things to move faster sometimes collarbone I am safe and I breathe in peace and grounding energy so do that now,
Breathe in peace and grounding energy and just exhale any flighty feelings just let them go,
Trying to stay out of the mind and in the body,
Inhaling peace and grounding energy and exhaling all those flighty feelings well done,
So moving now to under the arm,
I am safe and I welcome a deep sense of calm within top of the head,
I am safe and I trust that I'm always supported I trust that I am always supported by myself and for myself what a gift that is to support yourself well done,
Back to the eyebrow point,
I am safe and I give myself permission to relax give yourself permission to relax so you might like to just take a moment to really let go,
Relax into your body let your shoulders drop relax through the jaw soften the forehead let your tummy soften and your feet,
Your legs,
Focus on all that on all those tiny little muscles in your feet and toes just let go,
Breathing and softening what we're doing here is we're inviting that safety into our muscles,
Into our bones,
Into ourselves as we tap and breathe well done,
So moving now to the side of the eye,
I am safe and I release any old beliefs that make me feel insecure so letting go,
Letting go of all those old beliefs and stories well done,
Under the eye I am safe and I allow myself to feel protected and secure so you are being such a great nurturer for yourself right now and that's such a beautiful thing so take a moment to acknowledge that,
That you've showed up for yourself here to nurture yourself,
To tap into safety under the nose,
I am safe and I trust in my ability to care for myself caring for yourself chin point,
I am safe and I choose to release fear and embrace my inner peace like a hug inside,
Embracing that inner peace collarbone,
I am safe and I honour the calmness within me can you feel it yet?
There is always a calm place within you and you can tap into that whenever you need moving to under the arm,
I am safe and I trust that I'm capable of navigating safely situations with peace top of the head,
I am safe and I protect my heart okay we'll do one more round,
Tapping on the eyebrow point I am safe and I trust the process of life even when it feels difficult remember it's normal to feel unsafe sometimes,
We all do,
We all do and life and people in different situations can affect us in so many different ways but choosing to act from a place or feeling grounded and calm is really powerful and that is what you are choosing for yourself right now side of the eye,
I am safe and I forgive myself for past fears and doubts I forgive myself under the eye,
I am safe and I choose to let go of thoughts and beliefs that make me feel unsafe so I let them go,
Let go of those fearful thoughts,
The worries,
Knowing that in this moment right here,
Right now,
You're handling things in a new way,
In a calm way,
In a strong way under the nose,
I am safe and I invite peace and calm into my whole life so invite it in chin point,
I am safe and I'm worthy of peace and security collarbone,
I am safe and I allow myself to embrace this feeling of safety fully and completely so as we tap here,
Just really tune into that inner strength,
That higher self that's always there walking by you,
Reassuring you,
Guiding you,
Helping you,
You are worthy,
You are enough guiding you,
It's that same strength that brought you right here today tapping and breathing,
Feeling safer and stronger with every tap under the arm,
I am safe and I open myself to a life filled with peace and security like a lovely calm pathway ahead top of the head,
I am safe knowing I am always supported and protected I am safe knowing that I am always supported and protected well done,
So stop tapping there,
Take a deep breath in and nice slow exhale,
Just letting go and then breathing softly,
Well done,
So tune in,
Just notice how you feel,
Perhaps there's a sense of feeling supported or cared for,
Perhaps there's been a release,
A bit of lightness,
Whatever shifted,
However small is just perfect,
Remember that the safety you seek is within you and you are worthy and deserving of it,
You're worthy and deserving of that peace and security in your life in every moment,
