So if you seem to have lost your mojo somewhere and you're really lacking motivation,
Don't worry,
I've got you.
We're going to be tapping together for a few minutes to really invite a nice burst of motivation into our lives.
Now it's perfectly okay and normal to feel stuck at times,
You know,
You're not alone in this.
And as we tap together,
You're going to allow yourself to just connect with your feelings and hopefully gently shift towards a place of empowerment and motivation.
Yourself nice and comfortable take a nice deep breath in through the nose Slowly release out of the mouth.
And then tapping on the side of the hand,
Repeating after me,
Either in your mind or out loud,
Whatever suits you best.
So even though I'm feeling a bit unmotivated right now,
I've lost my mojo.
I acknowledge these feelings with curiosity and compassion.
Even though I have this heaviness in my heart.
Just keeps me from moving forward.
I don't really know what it is I accept where I am.
I meet myself where I am.
Even though I sometimes doubt my ability to find motivation.
Like,
Where's it gone?
I deeply and completely love,
Honour and accept myself.
Moving up to the eyebrow point,
I feel this heaviness.
Side of the eye it's hard to find the energy to move forward Under the eye,
I worry I'm not good enough to accomplish what I want.
Feel lazy.
Under the nose and I feel overwhelmed by my to-do list.
With all the things I need to do.
Chin point i feel this tightness in my body It's really frustrating to feel stuck like this.
Under the arm,
But acknowledge all these negative feelings.
Top of the head and I let myself feel this discomfort.
Just sitting with it.
Eyebrow point,
What if I could find a small spark of motivation?
Side of the eye what if i could feel inspired somehow what helps me feel inspired,
A person,
A place,
An action.
Under the eye.
I know that I've accomplished things in the past that I didn't think I could.
So that's pretty good.
Under the nose.
I know I've lost my mojo before.
Somehow it comes back.
Maybe I need a little bit of time.
Chin point i acknowledge how i can really tap into my inner strength collarbone point maybe my mojo could be reignited Maybe through tapping.
Under the arm,
I'm open to finding new ways to feel inspired today.
Top of the head i'm beginning to shift my perspective around this eyebrow point and I give myself permission to just let go of the heaviness of the resistance Side of the eye,
It's safe for me to release any doubts.
Any guilt,
Any shame?
Under the eye and I'm willing to really embrace my potential.
Under the nose,
I wonder if I could allow motivation to just flow through me.
Chin points and i'm ready to let go of what no longer serves me Collarbone point,
I release the fear of failure.
Under the arm,
I let go of my self doubt.
Top of the head.
I invite and I'm open to new energy coming into my life.
Eyebrow,
I feel motivated and inspired.
Sit up straight now.
Side of the eye.
I take action with confidence.
Under the eye I have the power to achieve my goals.
Under the nose,
I believe in myself and my abilities.
Chin point,
I'm worthy of success and happiness,
Worthy of motivation.
Collarbone point and I embrace my journey with enthusiasm.
Under the arm,
I radiate positive energy all around me.
Top of the head and I'm fully open to receiving the motivation I need.
