Okay,

Let's begin by taking three gentle deep breaths.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Let's imagine that we're in the car and something stressful has just happened.

You feel your adrenaline spike,

You feel angry and frustrated.

Your body is tense,

Your hands are gripping the wheel.

Let's pause and take a gentle deep breath in and your exhale let's gently drop those shoulders.

Breathe in and gently unclench your jaw,

Releasing any pent up tension in your exhale.

Breathe in and slowly soften your forehead.

Begin to relax and release.

By breathing this way you're allowing your body to let go of any anger,

Frustration or tension.

It feels good to relax and release.

You begin to feel calmer and more in control.

Take the next few moments to continue taking in gentle deep breaths and releasing any tension in your exhale.

Breathe in and breathe out.

You can't even remember why you got angry,

It's almost kind of funny that you let yourself get so annoyed.

You continue to fill your body with gorgeous oxygen,

Releasing the remnants of that stagnant energy in your exhale.

You feel calm,

At peace and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Whenever you feel ready begin to notice the surface below you.

Maybe gently rub your hands together,

Taking in one final deep breath to finish off our practice for today.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe out.
