Future Self Meditation Through this meditation,
I intend to guide you into truly feeling and connecting with and stepping into your future vibrational self.
I will also allow you to witness and embrace your life as if nothing changes.
Each thought carries its own vibration,
Each emotion its own unique frequency.
When we can step in and connect with the frequency of the life we desire,
It moves us closer.
The law of attraction states that our actions,
Emotions and thoughts generate specific outcomes.
We can become conscious creators of our own life and reality.
Before starting this practice,
I recommend that you cleanse and clear your energy.
You can do this using incense,
Essential oils,
Smudging tools,
Visualization or even using your breath.
Maybe you want to grab your favorite crystals so that they can be infused with this future vibrational frequency.
It's time to create a beautiful sacred space to meet your future self.
Are you ready to meet and connect with your future self?
Finding yourself somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down?
With your crystals beside you,
Just allowing your eyes to gently close.
Beginning to connect with some nice slow deep breaths.
Drawing the breath right down into the belly.
And then slowly exhaling.
Again drawing the breath all the way deep down into the belly.
And then slowly exhale.
Continuing to breathe in this way,
Allowing your body to begin to drop into a space of stillness and relaxation.
A space for quiet and connection.
And as you sit in this space of stillness,
I want you to connect with your current reality.
Taking a moment to review all areas of your life.
Your relationships.
Your home life.
Your relationship with yourself.
Your career.
Your health.
Your family life.
And your financial situation.
Taking a moment to notice how you feel in each of these areas.
Are there any areas that you don't feel satisfied or you feel misaligned?
Taking a moment to breathe deeply.
And I want you to begin visualizing a day in your life.
This could be an imaginary day or a day that has occurred.
In your current life,
What would your day look like?
What type of emotions are you currently experiencing?
What does your energy currently feel like?
What kind of conversations are you having with those around you?
Just visualizing your life as it currently stands.
Taking a moment to pause and play that out.
Are you comfortable with your life as it currently stands?
Or are there any changes that you wish to make?
I want you now to fast forward five years.
You haven't made any changes and you've continued with things as they currently stand.
If you never change a thing,
How would your life look?
Visualizing yourself five years from now.
What has that lack of decision making led to?
That lack of change?
How is your health having carried on as you are?
How are your relationships?
How are your finances?
How does it feel to have not followed through on any dreams you may have had?
Noticing what you look like five years from now.
If you remain with everything as it is.
I want you to connect with this future version of yourself and ask a question.
Ask them if they have some advice for you.
What do they wish to tell you?
What do they say?
Asking them how they feel.
Looking into their eyes.
What do you see?
Thanking them for showing you what your life could be like.
And for any advice that they've shared.
Breathing deeply and anchoring yourself back into this present moment.
Breathing deeply,
Filling your body with glorious energy.
Above you,
You notice white light.
Light like a glorious crystal mist.
This white light washes through you.
Erasing any energies from that experience.
You are now a clear channel again.
Breathing that white crystal light and energy down from above.
You're guided back to your present reality.
You feel your body rooted to the ground.
Breathing deeply.
I want you now to think about your desire to live.
Your desires in life.
Your hopes,
Your dreams.
And dream bigger.
You can visualize or imagine anything you desire.
Where do you desire to live?
Who do you wish to be with?
What do you wish your days looked like?
How much energy do you wish to have?
What emotions do you wish to feel?
Anything is possible in our minds.
See yourself in this optimum frequency of all you desire.
What thoughts are you having?
Again,
Visualizing yourself five years from now.
See yourself as all these things have happened.
What do you look like?
Connecting with this future you.
You see yourself so clearly.
Again,
Approaching them.
Asking if they have some advice for you.
What do they say?
What do they wish to tell you?
Asking them how it feels to be living this reality.
Feel it,
See it.
See this version of you having made all the changes you desire to make.
Taking all the actions you desire to take.
Feel it,
See it.
Believe this is possible.
It is possible for you.
Hug this future version of you.
Connect and as you hug,
Feel the frequency of vibration of their body align with yours.
You both glow.
Taking a moment to breathe in this future version of yourself.
They are you and you are them.
Slowly you are going to be guided back from this experience.
Taking back that future frequencies.
Connecting with that energy,
That possibilities.
Allowing your body to recalibrate.
You can recalibrate this new frequency.
What actions will you take when you return from this guided practice?
Breathe deeply.
Decide one step you will take to move forward into the future version of yourself you desire.
Placing one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.
Gently breathing in and out.
Breathing in peaceful loving energy.
Feeling the body relax and realign.
Feeling the hands on your body becoming more aware of the sensations of the breath.
Slowly becoming aware of the space around you.
The sounds around you.
Any sensations within the body.
Guiding yourself back slowly.
As you open your eyes you can now see the world through this future self vibration.
Everything is possible.
