Chakra balancing meditation.

This guided meditation is there to support and bring balance to the whole body,

Mind and soul.

Creating a sense of connection,

Healing,

Energizing and balance.

Our chakra system is the energy system of our body.

Chakra is the Sanskrit word for wheel or wheel of light,

A vortex of energy.

And this series of wheels of energy can become imbalanced through day-to-day living,

Stress,

Ill health and even trauma.

When they are in balance we can feel energized,

Positive,

Empowered and healthy.

As we work through each of our main chakra points during this guided journey,

I want you to connect with and visualize these beautiful wheels turning and moving,

Creating a balanced energy system within our body,

Allowing us to feel healthy and aligned.

If you haven't already done so,

Finding yourself a comfortable place to lie or sit,

Allowing your body to feel supported and still,

Allowing your feet to gently flop out to the side,

Your arms gently resting,

Palm upwards by your sides.

This is your time to relax,

Balance and find calm.

Allowing yourself to receive all that you need.

A time for you to connect and tune inwards.

Breathing in deeply and fully,

Allowing your chest to expand,

Then exhaling slowly,

Guiding your body into a calm and restful state.

Breathing in,

Holding your breath for a moment,

Pausing,

Releasing and letting go.

Again,

Breathing in,

Retaining the breath for a moment,

Pausing,

Exhaling.

This is a time for you to find peace,

Relaxation and balance.

And with each breath you take,

Feeling more calm,

Rested,

Your body soft and supported.

And as I guide you through this meditation,

Allowing yourself to visualize each chakra as a beautiful wheel of light.

A gorgeous flower with many petals spinning.

And if you struggle to visualize,

Just simply bringing awareness to each area as I guide you through,

Bringing the breath into that area.

Bringing awareness back to your breath.

Feeling that gentle rocking and soothing motion of the inhale and exhale.

I'm now going to guide you through a balancing visualization and make a mental note as we travel through the body.

Are there any areas you struggle to visualize?

Any areas that you feel deeply connected to?

Or any areas that maybe feel weak and need additional support?

Drawing your awareness now down to the base of your spine,

To your root chakra,

Mooladhara chakra.

And as you bring your awareness to this area,

Visualizing the color red.

Drawing the color red in on your breath.

Taking it down to the base of your spine,

To your root,

Your chakra of survival,

Safety and stability.

Breathing in and out the color red.

Visualizing that wheel of energy spinning and turning.

And in your mind repeating and allowing the following affirmations to be soaked into your subconscious.

I am safe,

Grounded and supported.

I have everything I need.

I feel deeply rooted and connected to my life.

Breathing in and out the color red again.

Feeling that area strengthen.

Feeling balanced and connected.

Moving our awareness now up to our sacral chakra.

Just above your pubic area and below your belly button.

And visualizing breathing in and out the color orange.

Drawing that beautiful orange energy down to that area.

Seeing that wheel of light and energy spinning and turning.

Your sacral chakra,

Swadhisthana.

The chakra of passion,

Strength and creativity.

Repeating in your mind,

I am passionate.

I express myself creatively and have an abundance of ideas.

I value and express my emotions freely.

With every breath of orange the light of your chakra glows brighter.

Releasing the orange and moving our awareness to the color yellow.

Bringing our awareness to our solar plexus chakra.

Just below the breastbone and above the belly button.

Our place of personal power,

Of willpower and sense of self.

See that yellow wheel spinning.

A flower with petals rotating.

Repeating in your mind,

I am confident.

Positivity radiates from me and to me.

I am strong and courageous.

Feeling your confidence build with every breath of yellow you take.

Manipura chakra.

Breathing that fire into your belly.

Feeling balanced,

Powerful and strong.

Exhaling yellow.

Moving our breath up now to the center of our chest to our heart chakra.

Anahata chakra.

Breathing in the color green,

Beautiful and healing or pink.

The color of unconditional love.

Breathing in the green or pink straight into your heart center.

Feeling that energy begin to swirl in the vortex that is your heart chakra.

Building compassion and kindness for yourself and others.

And repeating to yourself,

I am happy,

Joyful and loved.

I attract positive and loving relationships.

I lovingly accept myself and others.

Breathing in and out the pink or green.

Igniting that area with glorious energy.

Shifting our awareness now up to our throat.

Vishuddha chakra.

Breathing in beautiful blue energy and light.

Drawing the breath in through the throat.

See the chakra,

The wheel.

Moving and spinning rhythmically turning.

Our throat,

The center of expression,

Communication and honesty.

Feel the area clear and strengthened with every breath of blue light that you take.

Drawing that blue blue energy in.

And repeating.

I express myself freely and authentically.

I listen to others with compassion and empathy.

I communicate truthfully and confidently.

Exhaling,

Releasing any blockages.

Breathing in and feeling that blue energy build.

Moving your awareness now up to your third eye.

Our third eye chakra.

Ajna chakra.

Situated between the eyebrows.

Breathing in indigo blue.

That deep color of purple and blue.

Deep and nourishing.

Connecting ourselves to our intuition.

Clearing any cloudiness.

Strengthening our inner knowing.

Our chakra of insight,

Intuition and clarity.

Breathing in and out indigo.

Repeating in your mind.

I see solutions to every problem I face.

I am connected and trust my inner knowing.

I think clearly and my mind is balanced.

Breathing that deep indigo.

In and out.

Moving now to the top of your head to your crown chakra.

Sahasrara.

Your chakra of faith,

Inspiration,

Spirituality.

Breathing in pure cleansing white light.

Feel it filling your crown.

Spinning your flower of many petals.

Nourishing the crown.

Allowing you to find that connection and faith as you breathe.

Knowing that you are not alone.

Breathe in white light and energy.

Exhale white light and energy.

Repeating in your mind.

I feel a sense of wonder in every day.

I trust in the divine order of my life.

I possess unlimited potential.

Breathing in this divine energy and light.

Feel it cleansing your crown and nourishing.

Breathing deeply now.

Feeling your body and breath connected.

Feeling balanced and aligned.

Seeing your body in optimum health.

Viewing each chakra.

Seeing the moving and spinning.

Flowing and shining brightly.

Being in this space of optimum health and vitality.

We're now gently going to close down each chakra slightly.

Allowing yourself time to spend in each area.

Starting with your crown.

Seeing that white crown chakra closing from an open petaled flower to a bud.

And your third eye closing.

Drawing the petals and light in.

Your throat gently shrinking.

Your heart gently spinning and leaves swirling inwards.

Your solar plexus closing and retaining that beautiful yellow energy.

Down to your sacral chakra shrinking.

And then lastly your root.

Seeing it close and keep that nourishing,

Grounding energy within.

You're balanced.

You're connected.

Healthy and strong.

Breathing deeply.

Seeing yourself surrounded in gold and energy.

Vibrant and glimmering.

Slowly bringing your awareness back to your body.

Your mat,

Your bed,

Your chair.

Wherever your body is supported on.

Feeling calm.

Breathing with your whole body.

Feeling alive.

Gently bringing your awareness back.

Gently moving,

Stretching,

Breathing.

Feeling more alert.

And when you feel ready you can gently open your eyes.
