This simple breathing meditation can be used at any time of day,
In a lunch hour to give a moment of peace and tranquility,
Or in the evening to let go of the day and just bring in joy,
Abundance and health.
With every inhale during this meditation,
You'll be breathing in beautiful,
Loving,
Self-supportive statements.
And with every exhale,
You'll be releasing that that no longer serves you.
To make yourself comfortable,
Place your feet flat on the floor,
Keep your back nice and straight.
Or if you're sitting cross-legged,
Just allow your back to be nice and straight,
Nothing forced which shouldn't be painful,
Just conscious and nice and relaxed.
As I repeat the statements,
I want you to repeat them back in your mind.
Let's begin.
Allow your eyes to close.
And I want you to take a nice deep breath in,
Breathing in fully.
And as you breathe in,
Really feel your chest and your ribs and your lungs expand.
And as you exhale,
Feel your mind and your body begin to align and your muscles begin to relax.
Breathing in nice and long and slow breaths.
And breathing out,
Releasing and letting go.
And with your next inhale,
Breathe in the following.
I allow joy.
And as you exhale,
I release anger.
Breathing in,
I allow joy.
And exhaling,
I release anger.
And again,
I allow joy.
I release anger.
Next breathing in peace.
I allow peace.
Breathing out,
I release conflict.
Breathing in,
I allow peace.
Breathing out,
I release conflict.
Breathing in again,
I allow peace.
Breathing out,
I release conflict.
Breathing in,
I allow health.
Breathing out,
I release poor choices.
Breathing in,

Next I allow love.
Breathing out,
I release fear.
Breathing in,

Letting your chest expand.

Now I'd like you to take a nice deep breath and breathe in self love.
Breathing in love.
And exhaling love.
I allow love.
I deserve love.
I am worthy of self love.
Inhaling and exhaling love.
Repeating the words love in your mind as you continue to inhale and exhale.
And then just stopping for a moment.
And just acknowledge how you feel.
Do you feel more relaxed?
Calm?
Do you feel warm?
Take a moment and just embrace this beautiful feeling of peace and tranquility.
Allow your breathing to relax into a natural rhythm.
Nothing forced.
And now just bringing your awareness back to this space and time.
Becoming more aware of the space around you and the other sounds around you.
And when you feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
