So begin by taking a nice long deep inhalation in. And just let it out, Release that. Another long deep inhalation through your nose. Imagine the breath drawing in from the top of your head, Filling up your belly and just release it to the ground. And allow your breath to draw in deeper each time. Drawing in from your nose. Allow it to pause at your throat, Your heart. Squeeze the muscles in your pelvic floor and just release. And whatever is bringing up for you Rachel or anyone else here, Just let that feeling settle in and feel deeply into it and allow it to express itself as you breathe. And as you feel, You allow the emotions to pass through you. And we draw our breath in again, Imagine it comes in from the top of your head, Pauses at your throat, Your heart, Through your core, Passing through your pelvic floor and release it to the ground. And on your next breath I want you to imagine it drawing in from the ground, Passing through your pelvic floor, Your throat and release it through the top of your head. Again, Drawing your breath in from the ground, Passing through your pelvic floor. Allowing it to pass through your body, Your breath fills you and release it. Allowing it to pass through your pelvic floor, Your heart, Through your pelvic floor, Passing through your pelvic floor, Passing through your pelvic floor, Feeling the ground beneath you as it holds you and hugs you. Allowing your body to be heavy as you release each small muscle. Allowing it to pass through your pelvic floor, Releasing it from the ground, Passing through your pelvic floor, Allowing the sound of the bowls to carry you. Float with them as they hold you even further and deeper as you relax.
