You know,
If I were told I had one opportunity to teach something to do with personal development that could make the world a better place and help end human suffering,
Teach the whole world EFT tapping.
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and since I discovered this tool probably about 20 years ago now and began to use it,
Trained in it and taught it to anyone that would listen,
It has just been life transforming.
I find it the fastest way to shift someone out of a state of suffering,
Whether that suffering is physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
And bring them into a sense of possibility of things shifting.
You know,
Where the consciousness moves,
The mind and the body follow.
And for people that think it's weird,
And it is weird,
It does look weird when you see people doing tapping.
Sometimes you'll see people driving in their cars and tapping at the same time.
But even for those that are skeptical,
Some beautiful scientific research has been done to show the effects of it.
For instance,
I pulled up this study by Dr.
Dawson Church,
Which was done in 2012,
And he tested an hour of EFT tapping against talk therapy and then no therapy at all.
And the results were that the EFT tapping reduced cortisol levels by 24.
39% compared to the talk therapy which lowered it by 14.
25% and the no treatment group which experienced a 14.
44% drop in cortisol levels.
Fix a broken computer for a friend.
And it worked.
The computer recovered.
So whether you're suffering from anxiety and overwhelm,
Or perhaps a physical injury,
