I'm Susanna and welcome to this tapping video to support you if you've been dealing with a long-standing illness,
Condition,
Injury,
Something that has caused you to feel kind of helpless,
Hopeless,
Perhaps angry,
Perhaps resigned.
I'm not here to tell you that a couple of rounds of tapping are going to completely heal your body,
But on the other hand I'm also not here to say that healing is hopeless or impossible for you.
You know,
We can be given a diagnosis that is pretty bleak at times and I have a profound faith in the body's ability to heal itself under the right conditions as we listen in,
As we move energy,
As we shift our consciousness,
As we open to new possibilities.
So that's what I want to support you in doing today.
So what I'd like you to do is identify really the suffering for whatever it is you're experiencing and just notice on a scale of 0 to 10 how intense that suffering is.
You know,
Is it a 10 out of 10?
Sometimes people will say to me it's an 11 out of 10.
Yeah,
So just identify your number as best you can and let's begin,
As I often like to,
With a centering breath,
Breathing in through the nose if you can,
And releasing it,
Sighing it out,
Just softening down,
Coming into a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to relax as best you can.
We're going to start at the Karate Chop point and tapping here we say,
Even though I've been dealing with this situation for so long,
And you can name it for yourself whatever that condition is,
I choose in this moment to completely love and accept myself,
Even though it's so hard sometimes and I feel like no one really understands the suffering of it.
I try not to complain and I'm sick of listening to my own complaints in my head,
But the truth is this is really hard for me.
I honor myself for everything I feel in relation to this,
Even though it's no wonder that I feel pretty helpless to heal this.
I'm open to moving energy through my body,
Highlighting what emotions are trapped when I think about this situation,
And giving myself a greater sense of ease around all of this.
Okay,
Let's take another breath.
Now let's go to the eyebrow point and let's just tell it like it is.
So let's say,
First of all taking the physical level,
I feel such discomfort,
Pain,
What is it for you?
And just speak to where it is in your body.
This sense of hopelessness that this will change.
I've been dealing with this for a while and it causes me to feel so disheartened.
It's no wonder I feel hopeless around shifting this.
Sometimes it's just so hard to bear.
Here,
Just take a couple of breaths and just give yourself permission to breathe with how hard this has been for you.
Perhaps it's all the stories you've told yourself about it.
It might be things you've read about it online,
This particular condition.
It might be just the day-to-day feeling of it not getting better.
Whatever it is,
Just land in it.
Feel it fully.
Give yourself permission to vent,
To complain.
You have every right to feel the way you do around this.
Human suffering is so intense.
Let's just say,
Despite the hopelessness and the suffering,
I'm open to a whole new experience in relation to this now.
Good.
And then take a breath and again just sigh it out.
And you might notice a little bit of relief by just one round of tapping,
Giving yourself permission to acknowledge that it is not easy to be you,
To experience what you're experiencing.
Okay,
In this next round what I want to do is really address the emotional energy connected to whatever you're experiencing.
So let's go back to the karate chop point and I want you to identify for you what that emotion is and no matter what I say,
Shift your statement if what I say isn't true for you towards something that's truer.
So let's say,
Even though I feel anxious and afraid,
When I imagine always suffering with this condition,
I choose to completely love and accept myself now.
Even though there are so many swirling emotions when I think about this,
And for you it might be anger at a diagnosis,
It might be something,
Rage at how you've been treated perhaps,
It might be self-recrimination,
You don't have to obviously be repeating everything I'm saying,
It might be guilt,
Shame,
What is the emotion for you that's trapped?
Even though this emotion feels trapped inside me and it circulates and it brings me down,
I forgive myself for how I feel and I would like to forgive anything or anyone that has contributed to my suffering.
And I'm not saying that you can't,
But it's just an opening to wanting to.
Even though I suspect there is some withheld emotional energy that is making my suffering worse and blocking my healing,
I'm ready to shine the light of consciousness on my experience,
Identify any emotion that is holding me back and release it through my system so that I can go free.
That was a long setup.
Okay,
Let's take another breath.
Just with that intention to have clear emotional energy blocks in your body that may have become congealed over time through ongoing suffering in relation to this.
So we say this stuck emotional energy,
This anxiety and fear might be one more strongly than the other for you.
This sense of not wanting to be a burden to anyone.
That's that I did something wrong.
And that somehow I attracted this,
Whatever this is.
I'd like to offer myself deep forgiveness.
Deep forgiveness and deep breaths.
Just allowing any of the emotional energy stuck in my system to start to powerfully clear through now.
Maybe make a noise as you breathe out,
Just releasing that stuck old locked energy,
Thought forms,
Beliefs,
Moving it all through,
Releasing and clearing anything that's stuck in my system that has contributed to my suffering.
I am so ready to clear it and go free now.
Okay,
Take a breath.
And now I'd love you to just close your eyes and just welcome in,
As I like to call it the healing power of divine love,
Seeing it just flowing down through the top of your head,
This benevolent,
Beautiful energy.
Perhaps you see it as shimmering golden light that sweeps down so powerfully,
As if you're sitting under a waterfall of energy that moves through your head,
Through your body,
And especially to those places where you've experienced the most suffering,
Where energy has felt trapped or blocked,
Perhaps an area of disease or illness,
Allowing that divine golden light to just wash it clear,
Rinse away anything that is not yours to carry,
Reinvigorating every cell in your body that it gets to light up,
To remember its perfect blueprint for wholeness,
To come back into alignment with your soul,
With your essential being,
And to move into a new frequency of possibility where everything shifts.
Feel that light move through your body and down through the soles of your feet and down,
Down,
Down,
Wherever you happen to be sitting,
Traveling down,
Down,
Down into the earth beneath you,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Right to the molten core of the earth,
To be transmuted,
Transmuted by the fire,
Into yet more light,
Love,
Healing energy and flow.
Gift yourself another deep breath.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Just check in with your body and notice how you're feeling.
Notice if there are any shifts,
Perhaps in those areas of your body that cause you discomfort.
Land softly in your own beingness for a moment.
I just want to look at my notes to make sure I didn't forget something.
Okay,
So I'd like to do one more final round of tapping to just invite in support and help for you in whatever form can best serve you.
So let's go back to the karate chop point.
We say,
Even though this issue has been going on for so long,
And I do often feel hopeless to change it.
I deeply love and accept myself anyway.
And I choose to call in the most beautiful miraculous support.
Whether that's in the form of a friend,
A healer,
Perhaps a book that comes my way,
Maybe a video that I see,
But something that gifts me a key to unlocking more of my healing and well being.
Take a deep breath.
Let it go.
And let's do a round of what I call affirmation tapping.
So here,
We've started to move some energy,
We've acknowledged physical discomfort,
Emotions connected with it.
And now we're just going to gift ourselves some loving intentions.
So we go to the eyebrow point,
We say,
I'm ready to open to healing like never before.
What if the support I seek is already on its way?
What if I could begin to see myself and this condition from a whole new perspective?
And notice it,
Not as the bane of my life,
But as something important in my path to help me remember who I really am.
To realign me with my true self.
To help transform my consciousness and my whole outlook.
So that I can experience greater empowerment and freedom,
Joy,
And love than perhaps I've ever known.
I am ready to welcome in my highest good.
And I'm open to a shift in how I feel and think and see myself and see this issue where everything changes for me.
So we've loaded in a lot in this tapping sequence.
But it's my hope that it gives you a framework that you can tune into and tap with on a regular basis,
Where whatever you need most in the moment is what you'll come up with.
And as you get more comfortable with tapping,
Maybe you've done it for a while,
Maybe you're new to it,
What you'll find is that what you most need will come to the forefront.
And you'll just override,
You might be tapping along with me,
But you will override my words with words that are truer,
More relevant to your situation,
And words that can set you free even more fully.

I honor you for the suffering and the patience that it takes sometimes to be a human being.

Healing,
