So,
To begin with,
I'd like you to just check in with your body and notice where you have pain.
It could be one place,
It could be more than one place.
And then just gently ask yourself,
On a scale of 0 to 10,
How intense the suffering is.
Is it a 10 out of 10 pain?
Is it a 3 out of 10 pain?
Just make a note of that number.
So,
Let's begin by taking a breath and release it.
Just recognizing that when we're in physical pain,
There's often also an energetic or emotional component to it.
And by moving through the sequence of tapping points,
We can help to clear the energy system.
And in doing so,
Very often you'll notice that the pain comes down,
Too.
So,
Let's begin tapping on the karate chop point,
And I get you to tune into that place of discomfort.
We say,
Even though I'm experiencing this pain,
And you could say out loud where it is,
This pain in my heart,
This pain in my jaw,
I choose to deeply love and accept myself anyway.
And now,
Let's say,
Even though I'm experiencing this pain,
And notice what you're feeling in relation to it.
So,
Does it make you feel anxious,
Afraid?
You know,
Often we're afraid of it getting worse,
The fear can be there that it's never going to go away.
So,
We acknowledge the emotion,
And then we say,
I forgive myself for any story I'm believing about this pain that is making the situation harder for me.
And while we're here,
Let's also say,
And I forgive anything or anyone that has contributed to this pain.
Think of who or what that might be.
And now we say,
Even though this pain is so uncomfortable,
I'm open to the possibility of clearing my energy system and activating my capacity for self-healing so that this pain resolves more quickly than I may have believed possible.
Good.
Take a breath.
Let it go.
And now you're going to go to the eyebrow point and tapping here.
Just again,
Really tune into that pain,
Where it is for you in the body.
And we just say,
This awful pain,
Taking nice,
Full breaths.
I'm feeling so hopeless and stuck in this pain.
And perhaps it's making you feel afraid or anxious,
So let's cover that.
This feeling of anxiety and fear.
What if the pain gets worse?
What are you believing about it?
Tune into that.
This feeling of pain in my,
Just speak out loud where it is.
This pain I'm experiencing,
It feels so stuck.
Now we tap here in the collarbone points and we say,
All of this pain,
It feels so heavy.
What does it feel to you?
It feels so challenging.
I'm afraid of how I'm going to be able to cope in this pain.
Recognizing that,
You know,
I have to repeat this part,
Recognizing that our physical bodies are made up of energy and that as we tap,
We're clearing energy.
We are rewiring our neural networks.
We are sending signals to the brain.
So here we say,
Just say,
All of this intensity of pain I'm experiencing,
I choose to move it through and out of my body and to lift into feeling surprisingly peaceful and comfortable now.
Just breathe in that affirmation and release it.
For a moment,
Just close your eyes and tune into that place in your body and notice the discomfort,
The pain.
Notice the quality of it.
Is it dull?
Is it sharp?
Is there a color associated with it?
Does it feel connected to an emotion?
Good.
Open your eyes.
And now let's do one more round of tapping.
I'd like you to identify the number now.
So did your number on a scale of zero to ten drop?
Sometimes when you shine the light of consciousness on a pain,
It actually increases a little bit.
You don't need to worry because it quickly comes down again.
Just notice what your number is and let's go back to the karate chop point.
And we say,
Even though I have this remaining pain in my,
And speak the area of it out loud,
And now speak an adjective to describe that remaining pain.
We say,
I choose to deeply love and accept my body now,
Even though I'm still feeling this pain.
And it's no wonder after what I've been going through,
I forgive my body and I forgive anything that's making this pain feel worse in this moment.
Even though at times the pain is so bad and the suffering is so intense that it causes me great concern and anxiety.
I choose freedom now.
Good.
Take a breath,
Release it.
And each time you're breathing,
It's helpful to envision that there's this channel of healing light that just comes down through the top of your head,
Moves through your body's meridians,
Body's energy system,
And clears out through the soles of your feet and into the earth.
As I always like to say,
To be transmuted into yet more love.
Okay,
So now we're going to focus on the reminder phrase,
This remaining pain.
Again,
Tuning into that area of your body.
Tapping here,
We say this remaining pain,
I'm still feeling uncomfortable.
This pain in my,
Wherever it is for you,
And all of the overwhelming emotion that goes with it.
Sometimes it's just so hard to endure the pain.
Nice deep breaths,
Deep breaths of self-compassion and love.
This remaining pain in my body.
And I like to pause here,
I find this point so,
So inspiring as a resting place to just activate profound shifts in consciousness,
In energy and transformation.
So we just say this,
This remaining pain.
We say,
I'm open to the possibility of clearing the pain through now.
And I choose to feel waves of comfort and love and ease and healing light moving through my system now.
Good.
Take a deep breath.
And if you like,
You can just go into a short meditation here,
Closing down your eyes.
Just sending love to this part of your body that's been challenged.
And also opening up your intuition to receive any messages from your higher wisdom around any action that you may need to take in order to bring deeper healing to yourself.
Just noticing,
Noticing.
