The experience of anxiety or panic can be so overwhelming,

We're going to do a few cycles of breathing to just help to settle your nervous system,

And then we'll enter into the prayer.

As best you can,

Draw your attention into this moment,

Using the breath as your anchor for now to come into presence.

We're going to take a double sip of air in through the nose like this,

And then release it on an ahhhhhh,

Let's do that together,

And just let your breath come into its own easy natural rhythm.

Noticing the micro-movements as the breath enters and leaves your body,

And just resting into the stillness of this moment,

Grateful to have paused the outside world and to turn Recognizing the presence of spirit as the quality of peace,

Self-compassion,

Kindness and comfort.

We allow our oneness with Source to wash over us as a soothing experience of sweetness,

Guiding us home,

Guiding us out of the headspace,

The worries and cares and concerns,

And deep into the sanctuary of the heart space,

Where there is a coherence unfolding,

Where there is ease,

And it's in this place that I speak my word for you,

Trusting and knowing that no matter what the intensity of the experience moving through your life right now,

There is this place of peace and presence and stillness,

Where all is truly well.

And so turning our attention to the Source of all life,

As we might turn our face into the sunlight and close our eyes and receive the warmth,

We breathe a sigh of relief to tap into that now,

We say to the thinking mind peace be still,

There can be time for analyzing and thinking and replaying later if you choose,

But this is a time to come home,

Back to that quality of connection that is so sweet and so comforting,

Aligning with the essence of who you are,

That can never be bashed around by life experiences.

Like a safe harbor,

The seas may be choppy,

Far,

Far on the horizon,

But your boat is peaceful,

You are floating,

Relaxing and letting go.

I see you cocooned in comfort,

Uplifted and cleared,

So that if there is an action for you to take,

A decision for you to make,

Support and help for you to attract,

That all of this unfolds with breathtaking divine perfection,

That you begin to see and sense the support and the love that is here for you.

And as your nervous system is soothed,

A space is cleared within you that allows for the qualities that can best support you at this time to rise up,

Perhaps resilience or resourcefulness,

Compassionate self-care,

Time in nature or connecting with a loved one.

Whatever has caused you to feel triggered is so small compared to the full power and presence and magnificence of who you are,

And as you attune to that now,

Your worries and concerns are washed away,

Leaving you open and free to feel supported and guided like never before.

And knowing that you have within you everything you need to be fearless in the face of anxiety,

And that a few conscious breaths have the power to bring you home to yourself over and over again.

I trust and know that as we move out of this prayer,

A transformation has taken place,

That there is more freedom and ease and grace unfolding,

And that you are divinely guided to take the next perfect step and witness the love and the support the universe has for you.

Peace and blessings.
